AllSafe Freeway Self Storage

I don't recommend this facility! The reason I chose this place was because they offered free use of their moving truck. They advertise this! I've been there over a year and the whole time I've been there they kept telling me the truck is "broken down" and because of covid they didn't have anyone to fix it. Then they put me on a waiting list and said they'd call me when it's available but I never did get a call. Now I call to ask to use the truck and they tell me it's for "move ins" only!!! WTH! They NEVER told me that!! This was the whole reason I selected this place over other locations. They should not advertise free truck use if they won't even offer it to loyal long time customers. Horrible customer service too. They didn't hesitate to raise my monthly dues by 25% though!! Don't recommend!

The storage place is clean and the ladies are doing there jobs. I will miss them

If I could give a 0 star I would this is the worst storage anyone can go too every time I go I see roaches everywhere every time I call the office I never get a answer how busy can you possibly be I'm so annoyed with this storage I also already got a new storage this is the worst storage yah it might be cheap but you get what you pay for I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone what so ever I went back to my unit still there was a dead roach sitting there since I last seen it they didn't even clean it after I let them know that there was a lot of bug that I been seeing I deserve a refund WORST PLACE DONT RECCOMEND AT ALL!!!!

Fair price for the unit but they NEVER answer the phone and I don't get a call back when leaving a voicemail. They promote their free moving van but when asking to use it it's not in service. The moving van has been out of service for a year and a half. There were a ton of ants in my unit and I had to bug bomb everything. Out of the few months I've been there I've gone to the front office 4 times and twice no one was there and they were gone over an hour for lunch. Their after hours call service isn't any good either.

Decent storage area, conveniently located near the highway.

Their prices have been decent over the years as we haven't seen to much of an increase.

They also have the ability to let you pay for your monthly bills on their website.

I have stored my items at this storage facility for more than 3 years and it has been a pleasant experience. Liz is the employee I usually deal with and she is always professional and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the facility is always well maintained. I will recommend this storage facility to everyone.

From the first time I went to the office I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and warm welcome I got. Every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to all my storage needs. I first dealt with Liz and she is very convenient, welcoming and polite. She offered coffee or tea and made sure I knew coffee was available daily. She always has a smile on her face and the office is always open on time. The prices are beyond reasonable and the facility is always clean. I would recommend AllSafe to anyone looking for a storage facility.

The people I have dealt with at both this location and their sister location about a mile away have been more than friendly. The truck and the unit were clean and all services were handled professionally. The e-waste recycling on site is also very handy if you have an old tube TV or some such thing that needs to go away.
