Alon Dental Care

Leaving this review to say how amazing this dental office is. From making my appointment online to the day of my appointment I was shown so much care and attentiveness. I get really anxious going to the dentist and hate the way I feel when I leave but Alon Dental Care was so great and I left feeling the opposite of that. My appointment for x-rays and a cleaning was for 11am and they brought me back right at 11 and was out with my next appointment booked at 12pm. Quick and almost painless experience. I highly recommend! Thank you Alon Dental Care

Great office. Kind and compassionate staff. The hygienist was very friendly and diligent in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sandefer was easy to talk to and very attentive. Found my new dental home.

I came to Alon to have cosmetic bonding done to 4 of my teeth. My first visit they took X-rays and proceeded clean my teeth.. not what I came in for... next appt they started a deep root scaling procedure not what I came in for.. the next appointment they finally started the bonding. The dentist didn't ask what color shade I wanted them to use.. they look TERRIBLE! I can't believe I trusted this doctor. The teeth are not even the same color as the rest of my teeth, they're darker. When I called and told them how disappointed and dissatisfied I was they simply just told me to spot whitening my non cosmetic bonded teeth (cosmetic bonding will not change color) I was upset and they didn't even want to help. When I asked what they can do to fix this they said we can re do the procedure at same cost. No thanks I'll be getting them done elsewhere. Also to note the dentist wasn't very friendly and had a "I'm better than everyone" attitude.

Dr. Sandefer's office and his staff have always provided fast and friendly service for me and my family. Each visit I've received great advice and they have been very informative. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

If your looking for personal care and a Dentist that listens to you look no further! Dr. Sandefer made my visit pleasant and walked me through the process. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed to do something I didn't want to do like other dental offices. The office is up to date and the staff is really friendly. Call the Alon Dental, you won't be disappointed!

Let me preface this by stating that I am paranoid of the dentist: I do the most that I can for my dental hygiene myself precisely so I can avoid going to the dentist (yes, insert your judgment here!). Clearly, one can't just "avoid" the dentist forever, so I was recommended Alon Dental by a coworker.

The receptionist (whose name escapes my mind, my apologies, but she is so friendly) was immensely helpful and clearly vested into my experience registering, scheduling, and paying. Everything was swift and simple - even gathering my insurance information was no hassle.

As far as my actual appointment, I had a cleaning with the dental assistant who I'm sure clearly felt the anxiety oozing out of me and made the ordeal as easy as possible for me - walked me through every step, and was sensitive to the info I shared with her about my dental health. The employees have great chemistry in the workplace (the office is small) so there was very casual (and professional) banter going on that helped ease my anxiety. I was treated more like a neighbor than a patient if that makes sense.

The head dentist performed a clean and some fillings for me which took less than my lunch hour allotted, I was so impressed and happily surprised. Every step of the way I was asked about my pain tolerance and checked up on to make sure I was doing alright, again, this helped so much with my anxiety. I would recommend this place and will continue seeing them as my main dentist.

Important to note: they do have wonky hours relative to a standard work-week, so make sure to check those out before setting an appointment.

Excellent dentist. Will only treat you for what you need. In network dentist, that was very important. Extremely friendly staff (including the dentist)
