American Custom Tire & Wheel

The guy behind the front desk has to personality of a rock. They seem to be uncaring às to how they talk to you. I asked for an estimate on a set for my Rhino and was quoted a price over $700. I ordered from online and got quality tires for $289. Big difference from American over priced tires, never again!!!

We got a flat in the Kofa range and these guys were able to help us get a new tire and get back on the road quickly. They helped us in a pinch and were very reasonably priced!

Blew out a tire, I needed a replacement. Went in Mon, 12/28. The guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that I didn't know about tires. He suggested that I go outside and get the information off my tire myself. I am not a tire guy, he is, I figured that would be his job. Guess not.
I left. Found a friendly shop in Blythe and gave them my hard earned $210!

Customer service matters!

My daughter was traveling thru Quartzite and needed a tire to continue safely. This place was responsive, kind, fast and had compassion in a difficult situation on a holiday.

overall they need to learn customer service ! David is absolutely not the guy who should be working the front counter at all!!!!! not only is he rude but he walks around taking his time , he quoted us 30 min to get us 2 tires and it took an hour and a half almost because he kept helping other people instead of finishing our tires ! we had our father sitting on the side of the road waiting who is older and almost over heated . We came back again to get 2 more tires a few days later on our way home so we could have matching tires and again with his horrible attitude and poor customer service someone please talk to this guys because this shop seems like a decent place but he made our experience here horrific ! We did have a guy named Robbie help us load up our tires and he was very nice and made it a little better . Also the amount david charged us was a little excessive I've never been charged Labor to buy tires, we paid for the balancing already why charge us more !!!!!

After having our tires punctured on our way back to SoCal these guys answered the call after hours and on a holiday. They went out of their way to help us get going again. Friendly and fair. They earned five stars that day.

We had rented a large motorhome and were on the first leg of our trip. We fueled up in Quartzsite and had just got back on the freeway when both back tires on the same side blew out! The insurance that came with the RV required that we tow it somewhere to get it serviced, but the RV was too big to tow! AAA wouldn't help because we required "specialty tires". 5 calls later we found Robbie at American Custom Tire & Wheel. He was great! So competent. Understood exactly what we needed, had the tires we needed in stock, and had a jack powerful enough to lift the heavy RV. It took a little time for him to get there since he had 2 jobs to go before us, but he arrived as promised and fixed our 2 tires, in the dark, in 20 minutes without any hassle at all. Thank you Robbie!!! You saved our vacation!

They tried to sell me $1200 in unnecessary repairs, while completely missing the reason the car needed to be repaired. I had it fixed properly elsewhere

Pulled in with our RV wanted to purchase 3 new tires after having a blow out on the road and they said they where on lunch break and we would have to wait. Then a semi truck pulled in behind us and they jumped on him, he has been gone 45 minutes and we are still here waiting!! I would say the are not very friendly to RV's here in Quartsite! Wish we would have went somewhere else

Tire blew out entering Arizona. Called around and got rip off quotes. I had Boss Shop in Ehrenberg AZ next to me and they gave me a price of $250 for a used 22.5 tire lol. Now that's taking advantage. Decided to keep driving to Quartzsite where I found this shop. Man reasonable prices and fast service. For all my truckers I'm an owner operator so I'm always looking for the good price. I am not trying to pay the big chain truck stop prices.
