American Maids & Floor Cleaning Specialist

Essie and her team are wonderful. I've always been impressed by how clean they make every inch of my house.

I have a golden retriever and I watch dogs often, so dog hair and the dog "smell" are always a concerns of mine. American Maids are able to tackle all that hair and leave my house smelling AND looking clean.

I've recommended American Maids to my brother and two friends--each person has utilized American Maids services and have been very pleased!

On the day of scheduled cleaning, the cleaners did not show up and I was waiting there without being able to reach the phone number that kept going to voicemail. Finally the cleaners showed up ~2 hours late. When I finally got hold of the lady on phone she said they are here only for 2 hours max. Anything more than 2 hours is extra, any appliances are extra and even threatened me that the cleaners will leave immediately if I didn't agree. Nowhere before had they said anything about 2 hours or extra charges. I had no option because it was the last day of my lease. Finally I was charged ~320 which was worse than letting the apartment keep my deposit.

The actual cleaning didn't Matter because I was threatened by the rude lady and my entire day wasted waiting for the cleaners. Use this company at your own risk.

Ms rude lady on the phone needs to understand that you need to use basic courtesy while talking to customers.

Edit - I called 2 times on the day before just to confirm the exact time and date of the appointment. I even got automated text message with scheduled date and time.

In today's day and age, these scam businesses just manage online reviews to get innocent vulnerable customers.
