American roof recently did our roof in Berea Ohio. The job turned out beyond beautiful, Mr.Vangelos & the crew were very professional....unlike other crews we have seen in our neighborhood. American roofing will also be re-siding our house...Very helpful throughout the entire process. My husband & i highly recommend this company

I needed a roof repair on my Lakewood duplex and they came out right away and handled my leak. so very thankful for such quick and efficient service!

I am going to include pictures so you know my review is legitimate. First off. These people are rated as one of the highest level roofing companies on a competing service. 1000s of reviews 5 stars. Here.. I intend to give you my experience with this company. That is why they were selected by me when I picked 3 companies to provide quotes. Anthony was the best. Him being a local Lakewood person and being in business for decades was also a plus. Communication with them was either Anthony or this mysterious woman "Judy" who coordinated everything behind the scenes. There is NO way Judy missed a call. Also I knew precisely when guys would arrive EVERY single time. I would get a text 10 minutes before they arrived. As you can see in the pictures. They were VERY respectful of my property. Sorry I do not have any pictures of the new roof as they finished this job JUST before a major snow storm. If I can add them later I will. Two of my neighbors asked me for the number to this roofing company because they thought the job looked great. This was an insurance job if yours is an insurance job from a storm, wind damage. They should be your first call. Dont worry about giving them first right of refusal on the job. (I googled it. It is a normal thing) American Roofing was absolutely my advocate in the process. Everything was explained. This part was awesome too. Initially when he did the quote there was a single price. Right after the roofing job was finished. The amount he quoted was EXACTLY what I was asked to pay. (When does that happen?) So I cant say anything but positive things about American Roofing. If you asked me to say something negative. I found ONE roofing nail in my yard after they left. They cleaned up 10s of thousands so one is probably ok. Great company. Make them one of your three that you get quotes from compare. Know that American Roofing is going to put a LIFETIME Roof on your house. So no screwing around with roofs ever again. IT is also transferable one time if you sell your home. So happy to have a great roof and be restored after the storm. Thank you American Roofing.

If your going to use your a military business then you need to uphold military values. I went to american roofing because i believed they do a great job. I have had zero luck with getting a qoute from the owner now going on a week since he looked at my roof. If you are looking to get a roof replacement do not use American roofing because they do not return your phone calls nor get back to you in a timely manner. I have water leaking into my home and was willing to pay them for a full roof repair and still no answer. So they must be making fistful of money and can pick and choose their clients.!!!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment and received two auto emails confirming appointment time. My husband stayed home waiting and noone ever showed up. Apparently they did a drive by and determined my roof was to new? Its close to 30 years old. Glad I learned how they operate before signing a contract!

Had a very poor experience with this roofing company and would not recommend them. Supervisor came to my house the evening before start of roof with an offensive tee shirt on; lied to me about condition of my roof; employs felons on jobsite; had insurance claim so there was a delay in final payment due to insurance and they literally called and texted me several times a day regarding payment yet they hold themselves out as insurance professionals. There was nothing professional about my experience and as I indicated previously, I would not recommend this company for your roofing needs.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had! I'm late in posting this but it's because I had to think about what I wanted to express. Approximately June of 2019 I had gutters put on my home that I was rehabbing and American roofing came out to give me an estimate and it was approximately $1700. I paid for it but my gutters were were leaking from behind. I called the representative who came out, Anthony Vangelos who kept telling me it was my roof and THEY NOTICED the drip edge was short on the tin roof but instead of putting the tin there to extend it into the gutter he kept telling me they dont make any money on gutters and cant I find someone else to do that and they would pay them the $150. Really!?!? He even gave me names. The problem still exists bc no one wants to work behind another company and certainly not for $150. So sad. I rehab a lot of properties and they will never get my business. Never use them!!! Anyone who would take advantage of a first responder is suspect!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! if I could give negative stars I would.

Did not return my phone call, thank you for saving me a headache I'm convinced that is the way this whole business operates.

very disappointed with this company the nails they used to fasten the shingles with were at least 1/4 inch too long they are sticking thru the ceiling of the porch. they broke at least 3 cedar shingles on the house . they trampled 2 tomato plants 4 pepper plants a few flowers planted in the yard they hit and broke the neighbors fence and an air conditioner in the window with their truck also destroyed a 12 year old rasberry bush a real lack of concern for peoples property and a real lack of profesionalism
