This place is awesome !!! I went in there for the first time around the beginning of December, to get a gift certificate for my wife to get all of her nails done for her Tae Kwon Do Black Belt test. I went with her, and they let me sit in the massage chair next to her the whole time. It was awesome !!! So comfy and relaxing. My wife LOVED her pedicure and manicure. All the girls in there are SO friendly, pleasant and professional. It was really a great experience. Although I would "never" get MY nails done ( I'm much too masculine for that ), we both totally enjoyed out time in the spa. The girls are so much fun. Anyway, my wife's nails turned out beautiful. They even put little black belts on them. She passed her test. For Christmas she got me and my Daughter a gift certificate for a pedicure. Thank you Honey, but I will NEVER get that done. Well, last week we did. All 3 of us went in and had a family spa day. They both got their fingers and toes done, me....just my toes. I absolutely did not want to be there. I wanted to disappear. I felt so awkward and out of place. I am way to masculine for this. Sue, the girl at the desk, and Julliette, my nail tech, made me feel So comfortable. They erased my fear instantly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Julliette is SO amazing. My discomfort turned into comfort and relaxation and pleasure. The pedicure felt so amazing. I loved every minute of it. It was so relaxing. I did feel incredibly bad for Julliette though. The whole time. I felt SOOO bad for her. My feet are so ugly. I have had 3 joints fused in each foot. I have 3 screws and staples in each one.They are fat, swollen, discolored and covered with surgical scars. I felt so bad for precious Julliette. She was rubbing and massaging and trimming thick ugly nails and yuck, yuck, yuck. I felt so guilty making her do that. I'm not paying her enough to do this, I kept thinking. Finally I said to her, "I'm sorry you have to do this". She looked up at me as she was rubbing my ugly foot, with a beautiful, pleasant smile and said, "I love doing this." I melted. I just wanted to get up out of the chair and give her a huge hug. She made much more than my day. Julliette turned something I dreaded into a wonderful, amazing experience that I will never forget. My feet feel better than they ever have.
I went back to the salon the next day to tell them how amazing my feet feel, and what my feelings were before and after my pedicure. I told them how much I appreciated what they had done for me. Julliette was doing a pedicure on some other lucky person at them time. When I told her how happy I was with her and my AN nails experience, she stopped what she was doing and came and gave me my hug. It was so amazing. I really love this place. I can't wait until my toenails get long enough to justify going back for another pedicure. I am going to take my 15 year old Son with us next time too. It is such an awesome experience. Thank you very much, Julliette, Sue, and all the other girls there too. They are all precious.
Every time I have been in there, there has been a man getting a pedicure too. I don't feel awkward anymore. I'm going to make it a regular thing. Thanks to Sue and Julliette.

My mom and I went here for the first time for manicures and pedicures before my brother's wedding and they are SO GREAT! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in Buff.

Look at my sparkly nails!! They are absolutely stunning. Absolutely perfect for a winter wedding. They do not rush you at all, they make sure you are getting what you want. They were all so sweet, working together to figure out how to get my nails to look like the picture I showed them - and they got it! They look even better than I imagined.

Pedicure was A++ we really enjoyed it! They are all extremely nice, happy, and all smiles. It's very warm and comfortable inside. Big thank you to Kate and Lien and everyone working today, we are so happy we were recommended to come here!

This is the only place I will ever get my nails done. I go once a month to get gel and the only reason I ever need to go again is because of how much my nails have grown! My nails are much healthier and longer than they have ever been. I normally go to Crystal or Kate but they are all amazing. Crystal does amazing design work. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the people are so kind. 10/10!

I went to this salon on Monday afternoon, with an appointment at 1:45, however I wasn't seen until 2:30ish. I don't understand how I had to wait for 30 mins, especially with an appointment. The owner was nice, and all but the technician that worked on me was not nice at all. She was really rude and aggressive towards me. She kept yanking my hands, and she cut me with her nail E-file a few times. She didn't even BOTHER TO SAY SORRY. I mean, at least say sorry when you cut someone! Her name is Crystal, if you do happen to get her, please hope she used clean instruments on your nails. She did chrome on my nails, the next day it chipped.... I called the salon, and they agreed to fix my nails. So I called them today ( Thursday), to have my nails fixed. The manager/receptionist said she will call me back to see if someone can fix my nails... I waited for 12 mins ( side note: she said give her 2-5 mins to call me back ), she never called me. She didn't bother to even ask for my number. I called the salon and she happened to remember to call me back. Anyways, I went in and Juliet fixed my nails. She was really nice, however not less than 5 hours my chrome has chipped... I live 25 mins away from this salon , it's really frustrating to keep coming back.

This was the first time my daughter got her nails done and the ladies were so friendly and so accommodating. Susan the receptionist was great! Booking online was very easy. Shout out to Crystal for doing an amazing job! We will definitely be back.

I have gotten my nails done many times at An's and I always leave satisfied. The staff is friendly and does a great job. It is very clean!! I have always gotten in without having pre-scheduled my appointment. I know I can and should schedule, but I never fit it in until the moment I can and they have always been accommodating. I will be back.

Always pleased. They take their time with pedicures and manicures. Friendly and perfect ! My nails and toes always look great!!!

Prices are appropriate for Orchard Park but not a salon...

Went on a Saturday afternoon which I thought would be packed, but there was only one other customer - which made me a littleee weary. But my gels nails turned out fantastic and the main reason I'm writing this is because two weeks later, they're still perfect! I will def be going back, it's worth the drive.
