I rented a UHaul truck from here and Noah was SO helpful despite how busy it was that day.

I HAD A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT AND THE WOMAN GOT MAD AT ME AND SOLD ALL MY KIDS STUFF. THEIR PICTURES, BABY BOOKS, EVERYTHING. It's all GONE. After 5 years of $100 a month and one lady gets mad and no one will even call me back! If you use them know the old lady behind the desk will take personal issue with you and sell your stuff and there is NOTHING you can do!!!!

I've had a positive and great experience for the past 2.5 years. I didn't have any issues with temperature, safety, or insects with my unit. I've always had amazing customer service with the staff which is a big plus. Shoutout to Noah and Kyle who are awesome! Thanks for being so responsive and kind! I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family.

During my visit I had the pleasure of watching a gentleman named Noah help out a couple of ladies who had lost the keys to a large truck. I saw him over the course of a few hours stop in to check on them quite often. He even went and purchased a tool to try to help. He was so considerate and sweet to them. I've never seen anyone at a storage facility bother to even smile at folks before visiting Anthem. I will always make a recommendation for this place just off the caliber of the treatment I saw extended that day. A true asset to this location to be sure!

Helped my sibling get a storage unit here and Kandice, Jean, and the other staff members were sweet, caring, and helped find a unit that worked for us and was within our budget. We compared a few other self storage spots near Anthem and have found this one to be the best for their services, prices and specials, and security. You'll feel satisfied and safe leaving your stuff here and it won't burn a hole in your wallet!

I wish every business followed the business model of Anthem Self Storage! Each staff member is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. The facility is clean, carts always available, and having UHaul on premises to help move our storage items was a plus. Our only regret is that we're moving and we won't be able to use Anthem Storage anymore, but we cannot recommend them more highly!
