Very happy I chose to store my belongings here. I've used other storage facilities and this one is by far the safest, cleanest, and most well kept I've used. My unit was immaculate! It also had no weird chemical smells (which I've experienced in the past at other facilities). As for the staff, from the moment I called to inquire, Cheryl was so kind and helpful in securing my reservation. Upon my arrival, both Cheryl and Ed bent over backwards to help me with my Pods delivery and unloading. I couldn't have done this without them! :)

Rate change every six months...and you are at their mercy as to how much of an increase that will be!Began storage leas than six months ago and already increasing the rate. Called to make sure this was correct and was told yes, "you will have a rate increase every six months!" So much for customer service.

We understand your concerns about the cost of your storage. Rate changes occur at all major storage facilities to account for this due to increasing operating expenses and competition, and we do our best to keep in-line with our competitors. We believe we were able to locate your account in our system. If we are correct, your new rate is still below the standard rate. You can check our website to see what your current size is being offered at for new customers, and you will discover that even after the rate change, you are still paying less. Run don't walk away from this place. They raise the rent every six months with a generic post card and do not answer questions when you ask. They claim to provide "added value" but can't verbalize what that means. They are clearly only working for investors and not for reliable customers that pay on time. Worth noting, when you ask to speak with a manager, they ignore the request and it never happens. Worst storage experience I've ever had.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations at Anthem Storage & RV. Our site staff are not necessarily privy to the reasoning behind any rental increases. But to answer your question, since we acquired this Anthem location back in early 2020, we have strengthened our security system, purchased a brand new moving truck for the facility, and resolved a substantial and costly repaving/flooding issue that existed before we took over, in addition to a list of other improvements we’ve made. On top of that, rental increases may be issued to offset increased rents from our competitors as well as reflect low supply of our rentable inventory. This happens at all major storage facilities, whether you store with us or elsewhere. We believe we have located your account in our system, and if we are correct, you are paying roughly $150 less per month than a new customer for your particular unit size, even after the increase. This means that you moved in at a very generous discount, and you are continuing to receive an amazing deal on your storage unit. We welcome you to visit our website to compare pricing.

Terrible experience. We went in back in November and told them we were vacating our unit by December 5th and were told we'd only be responsible for a partial payment for the month and that the account was notated. Then they charged us for the entire month and when my wife went in to work it out, she was told it was our mistake and the employee who we worked with no longer worked there. Piss poor customer service, shady practices. I'll not only never use them again but will actively discourage everyone I know from using them. Now I know why everyone goes to U-Haul.

We were unable to locate an account under this name that matches your complaint. With that said, we do offer prorates only if the per-day rate is paid between the 1st and the 10th of the month. If the month is paid in full, either manually by the tenant or through autopay, we are unable to offer refunds as this conflicts with our no partial month refunds policy. Our apologies if this was miscommunicated to you, although this policy is outlined in the Rules & Regulations portion of your signed lease agreement.
