He was knowledgeable and efficient getting to the root of the problem as soon as possible so we could get it fixed ASAP.
I have called him out twice now to help with commercial refrigeration in my restaurant. He is cordial and professional, which makes the stress of broken equipment easier to deal with.
Victoria in the office was also great. She talked me down from my anxiety attack when my prep table broke and reassured me more than necessary. I don't want to call them out again any time soon, but it is safe to say that Appliance Shark has my life long business.
