ARC Towing

Stranded on I15, these guys towed both my dead truck and 36ft travel trailer to a nearby RV park that could fit us in on a busy holiday weekend. They were prompt, courteous, and even helped me set up the trailer. They were my heroes after a terrible day!

These folks were outstanding! We broke down on I-15. It was late in the afternoon & we needed help fast. ARC was kind, courteous, and timely. Our driver took great care of our vehicle & his communication was great. After having a mishap, it was so good to be in the care of such capable people. Thank you so much for your help!

My husband received this text at 9:37 which clearly states you are coming but no one ever showed up. I would also add that at no time was there a comment made about ethnicity. Smoke screening the real issue will not help. I'm sorry to inform you but this is simply not true however I definitely advised him that I felt he was under the influence of something. His speech was undoubtedly slurred and I could hardly understand what he was saying. I would also note that we made several calls to the number provided in the text, all of which went unanswered until I left a message stating I was filing a formal complaint after 11:39 pm. I'm not proud that I cussed as this is not my normal character but after waiting several hours, I was extremely concerned for my husband and upset at the lack of concern your company showed. I definitely used a four letter word when I told him the delay was f&$@ing unacceptable and demanded an explanation as to why we got the text stating ARC was 30 - 60 minutes out at 9:30 if as he told me at 11:39, he was waiting on payment, WHY SEND THE TEXT! I'm sorry but doing so was misleading and completely unfair to the waiting consumer. No! Your company may very well be reliable 99% of the time but not this case. Also a complaint was filed with USAA who advised me ARC Towing collected $500 plus for a tow they never dispatched to?? Not acceptable!

Vehicle broke down while at a close by rest area. Not a lot of choices for help in the area around Boron CA but I was able to connect with this company. They were a bit pricey but we were in a bind since it was getting late and most places would be closed for the night and possibly the weekend. Timothy was the driver and he was very courteous and helpful. I'd trust them if I needed help again.

ARC Towing really came through during a difficult situation for me. When I called, an actual person answered and she was professional, polite, and helpful. She listened to my situation, which was not just a simple broken down vehicle, and worked up a quote. We were stranded on the side of the road miles away from anything, and we needed a flatbed to pick up a boat on a trailer which had lost a wheel, and we were about 170 miles from where we were trying to get to. So the quote was definitely pricey, but we called several other places and found that ARC was providing the best price. In addition, they were the most helpful and pleasant to work with. Once we called them back and asked them to come get us (we spent hours in frustration trying to get our insurance company's roadside assistance program to help us, which was a total nightmare) ARC dispatched a driver immediately and arrived at our location as promised. In addition, they were considerate in giving us updates about ETA and responding to all my calls and text messages. I'm sure I was a bit annoying since we were in a very uncomfortable situation and had become frustrated with the insurance company. In the end, we convinced the insurance company to call ARC and to work with them. Which, by the way, saved the insurance company a lot of money over the awful vendor they were trying to send out to us.

When the driver, Timothy, arrived at our location, he was well prepared, super kind to us, and he went right to work. He was totally amazing. Getting that one-wheeled trailer with a boat on it up onto the flatbed was like nothing I'd ever seen before. He worked every angle methodically to load it carefully and without causing more damage to the trailer. I could hardly believe how skillful he was. Then he drove all the way to our destination, 170 miles away, by this time in the middle of the night, and arrived only about 30 minutes behind us. He proceeded to unload the boat and trailer with the same care and precision into a really tight spot in my driveway with not a single complaint about the situation, what I was asking for, or anything else. He was even extra careful to make sure that my driveway didn't get scuffed.

I can't say enough good things about ARC Towing. They helped us out of a really tough situation and showed that they were a company made up of caring people.

I locked myself out of my car (with the motor running) and called a few other places and they all had a longer wait times and were more expensive. Timothy showed up in 20 minutes and had my door unlocked in seconds. Great service.

A+ service from Tim. Got my car and myself where we needed to go quickly and with excellent customer service. Highly recommended if you find yourself stuck in the area and in need of a tow.

I highly recommend this towing company. They are very friendly and helpful. First time ever calling a towing company and appreciate so much for their service.

Good team. They answer the phone and are ready to respond questions to help you move along quickly. The understand today's adaptive electronic communications to help maximize your and their time. Nobody wanted to help me because I was 140miles away from my car except ARC. They explained HOW WE COULD do it. I filled out some paperwork and EMAILED it to them and we where in business. Thank you guys!!!

We were towing a 40' fifth wheel and our truck decided to completely die. Not only did this company tow our truck, they arranged for our RV to be towed to a near by trailer park. On Superbowl Sunday no less. Then when it was determined our truck was beyond repair, they towed our truck and trailer home to Las Vegas. Without gouging us like our insurance company wanted to do. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs you have.
