First time coming to a tattoo shop! I decided to come here to re-pierce my ear lobes after I let it close off for over a year. I decided to come to a tattoo shop because they are able to sterilize their instruments (needle) versus the earrings store at the mall that uses those hand held piercing guns which can't be sterilized.

When I walked in, Beatrice (tattoo artist) explained to me what George (the owner) would piece my ears with. She explained it's all surgical stainless steel, which would be the best for my body to heal and avoid adverse reactions. Later on the owner George whom does the piercing was professional and quite nice.

The ear piercing was painful though, I can't lie. I could feel the needle slowly going through my ear lobe - it's not fast like a piercing gun in the mall since it does it with his hands. But the good thing is, after I shed a tear, I almost forgot about it after I walked out. So it's okay!

The only slightly strange thing is that there are surveillance cameras that customers sitting in the seats near the front can see. So the girl before me got nipple piercing done and we could (if we wanted to) see the whole thing on the small TV.

The interior was okay, looked clean, with chill music playing in the background.

The cost of 2 lobe piercings costed around $60 cash I think (it was $10 for a small cleaning solution). George explained afterwards that I should clean my ears at least twice a day with a Q tip and the gentle solution. Don't use anything abrasive like alcohol. And keep these same earrings in for at least a month before switching it to something else. And he said I could always call or go back if I have questions/concerns or infection arises.

Overall good experience. It seemed like George was professional and good technique to prevent infections and pierced my ears as I wished. Good results, teaching, and support during the process. No need for appointments, drop in welcomed. We waited around 20 minutes.

Went there yesterday to get a rook peircing. I honestly think this man was high on something, he almost tripped over nothing while preparing my ear for the peircing. Very unprofessional. On top of that when I told him I wanted a rook peircing he didn't know what it was. I don't know how you can work at a tattoo/peircing shop and not know what kind of peircings there are. On top of that he was asking me what size ring I need for a new peircing, I'm telling you, this man had no idea what he was doing AT ALL!!!!!! HE ASKED ME what size ring to get. He was nice enough, but not professional at all. I would highly not recommend this place for peircings at least!!! If your looking for a VERY good and clean place for peircings I would recommend chronic ink!

Went in yesterday evening for a spontaneous septum piercing. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the piercing done by George, who was very sweet and checked in with me to see how I was doing, several times, during and after the procedure. Afterwards, he was very clear about the aftercare instructions and invited me to call him or come back to the shop if I had any questions or needed anything else. Highly recommend this place! The piercing cost $60, which may be a few dollars more than other places, but totally worth it! Great vibes! Highly recommend this place!
