Ive lived here 3 years & at first it was great but it has steadily went downhill. I've recently had packages stolen & nobody does anything (not even a call back from the office) I've been treated so incredibly rude by office staff (maybe the worst!) not to mention you literally have to hunt your mail down. They let sketchy people rent now (as long as they got the paper) neighbors beating on the walls at all hours of the night. I'll change my review when they start doing something besides sending out "friendly reminders" for dog crap right by the door

The management department does not communicate very well and have no idea who their residents are . They don't even know who they talk to.

The housing is nice but the staff is near impossible to reach and get answers from. I have lived here over a year and continuously had this issue. For example I called about my lease over a week ago and was told I they would find out the answer for my question and call me back shortly. Nobody ever called back and I have since then called 5 times and nobody will answer my calls. (Each time being within their business hours) I have left a voicemail each time and STILL have not received a call back. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be uncommon for them either. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and also... still not been contacted back....

No follow up. I guess she wasn't interested in my application to move after me repeatedly advising her i did not want a "discounted" unit in the front of the complex.
