Ashley Nails & Spa

I have been coming in here for the past year and absolutely love my nails every time, and I adore Yvette. The staff is friendly, they work really hard and especially Yvette always does my nails perfectly and exactly the way I ask her to. I don't know why anyone would leave a bad review here, I see people saying they've been turned away or have to wait a bit, but that's how ALL nail salons work. Obviously if the staff is overloaded, they can't accommodate everyone every time. But they definitely do their best at Ashley's - I have actually never personally witnessed them turn anyone away, and not be anything but kind (and I am here religiously every 3 weeks). They truly have great customer service and that's saying a lot in the service industry today. In fact, Danny once called me ahead of my appointment to let me know they were running a bit behind. Also they always correct any mistakes and do what they have to to make their customers happy. This is my favorite salon in Phoenix and I would highly recommend!

I stopped in for a gel pedicure and was able to sit down within minutes. Staff was very friendly and I had a wonderful experience. I'm 9 months pregnant so it was nice to relax and have my toes painted because I can't reach them any longer

Every time I walk into this place the office staff is rude, and they make me feel like I am a huge inconvenience. It's too bad because they did a good job on my nails the one time I decided to stay. I just don't understand how someone could run a business with multiple employees who appear rude and disgruntled. I rarely leave negative reviews but felt like it was necessary this time.

I wanted to like this place so much. The staff is so sweet and they just took this location over from its previous owner. All I had done was S&S on my nails and a pedi. Nothing complicated. As you can see from the pictures my nails were over painted. Over the next few days it became more evident.

2 stars because they're so kind but I wouldn't go back.

Ashley nails has had new ownership in the last four months and it's really taken a turn for the better. The nail saloon is clean and upscale. The nail technician's are very friendly. I really liked my pedicure today and tried dazzle dry for the first time.

I've been going to Danny for over a year and he always does a great job on my nails! Everyone who works there is great and the environment is nice and clean.

I was referred to this nail salon after my nail tech had moved. It's so clean, easy to book an appointment, my technician has NAILED the shape of my nails and educated me on when a full set is needed. I will be a long lasting client!

This was my first time at Ashley's nails. Staff was great and really took the time creating my inspired look. Will be back!

I want to make sure that the new owners are recognized and boost their reviews! Please disregard reviews made over 3 months ago. I walked in today and asked for a mani pedi and they seated me right away. There were a few clients there at noon on a Thursday. I decided to get gel nails and they look amazing! The pedicure was awesome with a nice massage. I would recommend Ashley Nails they have a beautiful space with chandeliers, Zen music and TV's with HGTV etc

My wife came here for the first time today for a pedicure. She said everything was spotless and service was excellent.
