Ashley's Nails

I was a walk in and while they had other clients they all work super well together to get your service done they are very kind. I had 3 month old nails and the lady who helped soak me off recommended dip since my natural nails are long now and explained how it would harden and strengthen my nails so they wouldn't break. The guy there (I'm sorry I don't know any of their names) did an AMAZING DIP his drilling was soft and didn't hurt even a little he was super patient even though my hands shake really bad but his shaping and technique were amazing I really appreciated them all.

They need to use clean toe dividers after doing pedicures. One time use!! You're not supposed to recycle it , throw it away. This is unsanitary!

I was out in the Huber Heights area and decided to stop by Ashley's with my boyfriend. I wanted to get my old set removed and possibly a new set put on (depending on how I felt about the service) Someone started on me right away but didn't engage with me at all and it took 15 minutes for someone to get up from the pedicure chairs (just playing on her phone) to start on my boyfriends manicure. I decided to only get my nails taken off. When my boyfriends manicure was finished his nails were completely scratched on the surface. I will NEVER go back to this place.

My wife went in this shop thinking it would be different from any other nail salon in Dayton. Which was not the case she came out balling in tears. Her nail tech couldn't give her a FRENCH TIP with the coffin shape. All her hopes were up I had to sit and watch her file her nails for the next two hours before our anniversary date. Myself as a man could even see what was wrong with these nails they were bulky,crooked, and just fat. Wouldn't recommend going to this shop.

Absolutely wonderful service. With amazing customer care they took great care of my two little sisters for their very first ever pedicure they were very patient and took such great care of us. We are in from Atlanta to visit and this was to treat my siblings and myself I couldn't of been more pleased.

Before I start review, Kim is amazing and did a great job on my hands. I was comfortable and she was doing great work with applying gel polish to my nails. She had to leave to pick up her niece and had another nail tech do my pedicure. At first she did great job but was not comfortable with her she talked to coworkers and didn't say anything to me other than asking if I was ok. She finished and nails looked ok but me under air dryer and said nothing else to me. Another lady came and told me my bill, I gave her my card and waited to get back. When she came back she had already cashed it out without letting me leave tip. I asked her about it and said she would have to charge my card again. I had never been here before and always have area to leave tip at any other salon I have ever been to and since 2 people did the work wanted to make sure was fair to both but now I couldn't and it was aggravating. Within two hours of leaving salon the polish on my toes started peeling off. I have never had that happen, normally my toe nails hold the polish upwards of 3-6months before even start chipping. Not sure what they are using for this to happen but made me sad. It is my birthday and can't wear sandals out to dinner which was one reason got the pedicure because the polish looks terrible. When paying over $50 for the work I figured it would at least last for the day it was done. I guess my quest for a salon that does good work a little closer to home will have to continue. I normally go to Beavercreek but with my schedule was trying to find a place closer than 20min from home.

Got my toes done this morning! They did and awesome job as usual. Left was gone for about 2 hours and chipped my nail! :( went back in and they fixed it without a problem!

Great place to get your nails done. Everyone is friendly and remember who you are. Usually there is not a long wait and you can get in and out quicker than other salons.

Ashley's nails is a easy go to nail salon. I usually just drop in, never made an appointment. You can't beat the prices, my go to is a pedi/mani combo, leave spending about $50 ish with tip. It's not a very relaxing environment , if that's what your looking for, the ladies are quiet loud and there is always a tv on.

If your just looking for a quick fix its definitely the place to go.

Horrible service . I schedule a appointment for a gel mani and pedi on the phone she said 65 dollars . I said for a gel mani and gel pedi correct and she said yes. I said how much for just gel on my nails and regular polish on toes and she said 55 . I go get my nails done and pay and see she charged me for 65 and I say this is not right . She says sign says gel mani and pedi for 65 and I said yes but I only got gel on my nails not toes and when I called for days ago you said 55 now It is time to pay and it's 65 . Horrible customer service as well because all she had to say was "sorry" and she said it like when you don't care but feel you should say it . If you are anyone like me that reads reviews please read this . Horrible service because I will not be back . I told my whole family about Ashley's nails and I made a group chat and told them on my experience so they could cancel their appointments . If you plan to go here bring cash because I paid with card.
