Aspen Electrical Services

We used Aspen Electric for a few electrical work over the years. Their work has been reliable until we got them to wire up our pool equipment last October. They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.

Top tier customer service. David and James were fast and efficient. Jeremy responded quickly and had the parts needed in his stock room.

Had an emergency last night where all the lights in the house were flickering and the AC stopped working. At 9pm Marco came out and was able to figure out a problem where other electricians prior to him had failed.... and he figured it out in the dark. We needed a new breaker box for an old house and within an hour he was back and the problem was fixed. Super impressed and grateful.

This is the 2nd time i have had Aspen Electric out. They showed up on time, they did the work i asked them to do, they cleaned up after themselves. Both techs were polite, gave their opinions when asked, and petted my dog as they left. Fantastic job and would definitely call them again and I highly recommended that you do also if you need an electrician.

I've used Aspen Electric several times, and they've always been outstanding! I can't say enough good things about them. They responded to calls quickly (usually within 30 minutes). They provided personal and thoughtful advice. They have very reasonable prices. I don't know what more you could ask for. I absolutely recommend them for anything.

Had a emergency on a Sunday afternoon and Mitchell walked me through how to fix it myself! I am very grateful for his patience and expertise!

Aspen Electric did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I had trouble with a jetta jetted tub and they were able to find the hidden GFI that was causing my issues. I would like to thank Shawn and Chris for their great work. They were kind and helpful, and thorough. They did not give up like others had in the past.
