My dishwasher bit the dust after 30 years. It was inevitable and it was a slow death. We hung on as long as we could through leaks and crap still stuck on plates.. ENOUGH I said and we went out and pulled the trigger on a brand new Samsung. Nothing dramatic here just a short story of making a few calls and having 1 prompt call back. Roy came today and professionally told me what was involved, not the easiest install he said but he got right to it. We chit chatted a bit he knew my cousins from Randolph bla bla. Installed in no time. We turned it on and it ran like the 600 dollar top it is. He also looked at the double oven which is also hiccupping and said he'd check for available parts. I asked him to dispose the old unit and he said yes it is a small fee for the time. No problem I said. Well worth it. Nice guy, professional service and professional results. Recommended.

I was about to replace my 27 year old washing washing machine because they don't make the way they used to! I received a reference for this company and have an appointment for Monday. Already have a good sign-the woman who answered the phone, Barbara, was extremely pleasant and put me at ease with my decision to make an appointment with Roy to determine if my machine can be fixed. I could tell that she was honest and sincere when she told me that if she didn't work for Roy she would with no hesitation hire him for repairs. What a difference a phone call can make when the person on the other end is nice. Thank you for Roy for employing such a lovely woman!
