Authorized Service

Nope. Didn't follow the trouble shooting tree. They had me replace $1200 worth of parts before I went to another company. That guy found an $8 part bad just by following the guide and doing some basic trouble shooting.
Sorry guys, I'll stick with the other guy.
If you can't afford to throw money at parts, you might want to call another guy.

This is a re-post from my previous post on this company. They did indeed contact me and send out another technician this time all went well he did fix the latch problem on my dishwasher very quickly. Thank you for fixing problem from the previous technician

Our less than three-year-old LG washing machine sprung a major leak on a Friday morning. After checking the LG website for certified LG repair service providers in the local area, I called Authorized Service to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day on Saturday morning. I was told that the technician would be there within the window of 8AM to 12PM and that he would call before arriving. True to their word, the technician, Tim, called a little after 8 to let us know that he was a few minutes away.

He was friendly, polite, and professional. He was very efficient and proficient in diagnosing the source of the leak, a ruptured hose inside the washer, which was impossible to miss. However, I appreciated the fact he performed a thorough inspection of our washer to verify its condition to best troubleshoot the problem. Apparently, the hose that burst wasn't a part that usually fails, so he didn't have a replacement part to perform the repair on the spot. Fortunately, Authorized Service had the part in stock and he said he'd return on Monday to fix it. He was true to his word. When Monday rolled around, Tim called again a little after 8 to let me know that he was on his way. He replaced the burst hose. Upon performing a function check of the washer, another hose began swelling and leaking. He discovered a blockage to that hose, which was the reason the first hose ruptured. He replaced that hose, too, and everything was back to normal working order. All told, for both visits, he was in and out in under an hour.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Authorized Service and especially from Tim, the technician that was sent to perform the repair. While I don't have any other experiences by which to compare prices, needless to say, I found their price to be very fair and definitely much cheaper and more convenient than having to drive to a laundromat or taking our laundry to the cleaners for an extended period of time. They lived up to every statement that was made to me with regards to my scheduled appointment window. I highly recommend Authorized Service for your appliance (at least, LG washer) repairs.

Just purchased a new Frigidaire Air Fryer stove from a big box store and had some issues with the control panel. I was advised to reach out to one of the recommended service providers on the list to do the warranty work and chose Authorized Service. I sent an email message that was returned quickly, answered a few questions and then got a phone call in short order to set up an appointment a week later. The service tech called when he was on the way and showed up when he said he would. I relayed the problem and he knew right away what was wrong. He already had the part in hand and explained the whole repair process and how he was going to fix it. Turns out it's an issue that Frigidaire is aware of and they are working on it but he already had a few of these and what he was doing to fix it is working. He also provided a few tidbits that I didn't know about my new appliance and offered some suggestions. He was super polite and was in and out in about 30 minutes. He also told us that if or when Frigidaire comes out with a different fix they would call me to arrange to come back and do whatever the recommendation is. I am really happy with the service I was provided and should I need service for any of my other appliances I will definitely call them again. Very very pleased!!!

What a pleasant experience. The young man who came out to fix my oven was the best. Well spoken. Polite. And knew what the heck he was doing. After a month of getting no where with Sprint Appliance, the Authorized technician had the part ON HIS TRUCK and had my oven repaired within 10-15 minutes.

My Frigidaire refrigerator needed repair after only a year and a half. I contacted Authorized Service (Friday morning before Memorial Day weekend) and they managed to squeeze me into their already packed schedule. My service technician had to order a fan, so I was going to have to be without the refrigerator over the weekend. When the order went into the main office, they were able to find the part on another service van and get the part to my technician. He contacted me and asked if he could come back to repair my fridge later this afternoon.

Wow. Didn't know service this good still existed. They took the time to reply to me on a Sunday when they weren't even open. Technician came out two days later and was immediately able to both identify and fix the problem with my washer. Their prices are completely reasonable and the level of service is stellar. I have already recommended this company to several other people.
