      So far, since December of 2021, this property management has constantly dropped the ball.

      Our laneway/parking lot is a constant ice rink, a law suit waiting to happen, which they refuse to maintain.

      We have rats in the building and although given poison we now have the stench of dead animals coming through our walls.

      Our garbage disposal units were covered in a snow bank for multiple months. Once bi law came around and served them with not giving us proper garbage and recycling units, they finally gave them to us. For less than 24hrs later taking all recycling bins away saying another building needed them without any indication of when they were to be returned.

      They also can't conduct basic administrative tasks properly as I was told I needed to hunt down the previous owner to get my rent receipts.

      They are known for giving out residents personal information to local business's to be cold called to fix building issues that should be done by Axon, not the residents who live here.

      If you request too many maintence forms, they block you from the website.

      If your thinking to move to a unit that is maintained by this management group, I'd rethink your decision and go with another building.

      Axon is without a doubt the worst company to manage property I've ever seen. If you have even a possible choice of renting anywhere else do it.

      Axon replies to issues slowly, takes ages to fix the simplest problem, and when they eventually try to fix the problem they find some way to make it worse.

      Don't trust them as a renter or an owner, knowing how they treat the buildings they 'manage' scares me as a home owner. Water damage, infestations, tenant issues, building damage - not important to Axon apparently.

      My housemates and I had a horrible experience with the Axon Property Management team (3 years). They rarely responded to our emails and refused to have a phone call meeting when we were experiencing issues with moving out/final rent payment. They informed us during our final month leasing with them that our rent deposit had been applied 2 years prior, which led to a lot of confusion and no answers due to their poor communication skills. Moreover, we had a bat in our house, but because it was a Sunday, Axon refused to do anything immediately and instead, told us if we would like Axon to reimburse us for the exterminator, we had to wait until Monday to remove the bat.
