Andy, Randy and the whole AZ Realty team are amazing. Both of these two went above and beyond in helping us not only find a home, but also giving us their knowledge and opinions about the different builders. Being from another state, we didn't know much about the builders in the area and Andy made sure we had all the information at our disposal. He and Randy both made themselves available to us for our questions throughout the process. There's something special about this team and they more than exceeded our expectations. They even came with us to get the keys so they could capture such a special moment!

Being a first time home buyer, the entire process was new to me. Andy and the whole team are really what you want in a realtor. Taking the time to really appreciate what someone is looking for is the first key, but going above and beyond to make that happen is what sets them apart. We were looking for a very specific type of property that spread our search over several months- most realtors probably would have given up on us since we weren't a fast turn around client. But Andy totally understood this and would still make sure we were getting frequent listing alerts and would check in with us. When the right property appeared, they were fast to act and we got the house we spent so long looking for! I am glad to have found Andy, and happy that with our new home we also gained a new friend!
