I love this place. We just moved here and Azora is better than our old nail salon. They take their time during pedicures, no rushing or up selling. The massages actually feel good! They do seem to get crowded on Friday's/ Saturdays so recommend making an appointment.
On a side note, I wish they had a way of booking appointments online. There doesn't seem to be a receptionist, so the person answering phones is doing nails at the same time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I really hate writing bad reviews, but this needs to be written. I had an awful experience here!!! I have bad ingrowns and have been getting them taken out at nail salons since I was younger. I am used to them having to dig to get them out and it not being a problem afterwards. My toe is now INFECTED from going here and them getting my ingrowns out. The owner said it was from them digging - no this has not happened before - it's definitely from unclean tools they were using!!!! See the picture. Puss and yellow coming from my toe!!!
Then, on top of this I got a full set dip nails and not even two days after one of my nails came off. I called them to tell them this and the owner said to come back to fix the nail. I said I would rather be refunded my money because my nail shouldn't be popping off this soon and I can't be coming in whenever the rest do the same. She said they can't refund money, only fix the nail. Well I super glued my nail back on myself since I knew I wasn't going to be able to go in for a couple of days.... The next morning - I woke up to missing a thumb nail!!!! My thumb nail literally fell off in my sleep??? This has neverrrr happened before - they must use cheap nail glue or something!!!

Lily is my nail tech at Azora and I wanted to give her the loudest of shout-outs on her behalf today, because she is phenomenal.
I first visited Azora in 2019 and got acrylics; she did a great job. She inspired me to try to take care of my nails at home - a mistake. I couldn't go a week without something breaking!
So, back in December, I went back after having grown my nails out a bit. This is my third visit now and she has my natural nails looking so healthy and beautiful!
When I came in today, she was happy to do a little bit of nail art I requested, and it looks so cool! I find myself making excuses to position my hand in certain ways to show off my nails! I showed them a pic of what I wanted (I got a fresh set).
What I wanted vs what I got were two different things (see pics). So I went back for a second time and she made it look better but it was rushed, she didn't charge me which was cool but for these reasons, I won't be back. I paid $138 (+tip TWICE) for a pedi with shellac, short nail soak off, new acrylic set and shellac.
Super expensive for this kind of spotty work.

Expensive and not great. It cost an extra $15 for gel polish on top of the cost of a pedicure! Insane!

If you want somewhere quick and in the cheaper end then this place is decent. I got what I paid for. It was $45 for a fill which is cheaper than my usual place. In the long run the nails don't last very long. The clear coat started chipping after a week and one of them cracked after only a couple days. I also asked for a design but the one who asked me didn't tell the person doing my nails and by the time I noticed they were already done but I didn't get charged so I'm not upset. I'll probably only come back here when I need something quick again since they're closer but otherwise I'll stick to my normal spot.

Lily is the best! She does my manicures and Adam is also amazing, he does my pedicures. I have been coming here for 2 years! Love it

They work very hard to get you in quickly. It is a peaceful environment. They take care in how they provide different services. I have been cut in the cuticles at other places and have not experienced that here. I have had a fantastic mani/pedi experience every time I've come to Azora Nails.

Tommy at Azora nails does such a good job on both manicures and pedicures! He really takes his time and makes sure everything is correct. He's really great at shaping nails as well! This is the friendliest nail salon in the area, they remember clients very well and ask them how their families are etc.

This place doesn't provide good customer service/quality. I have never been asked if I wanted water or any beverage the multiple times I've gone. Today, I went and I had an issue with "annie" because she did not ask me how I wanted my filing, usually nail techs ask you along the way how you're liking what they're doing..like, "is this is OK?" But that wasn't the case here. I was mesmerized by the amazing British baking show they have playing while my arm was on the uncomfortable cold table to be staring at her work. but after she did my thumb, thank God I noticed and said "hold on you made my nail too skinny?.. I prefer it the way I naturally have my nail bed" and she just gave me a rude face and said like it was too late. Personally I kept the other thumb natural just because it's just more comfortable for me so oh well it looks odd now. That's not even the worst part lol I need to mention that I was there a month ago and I had gotten a black Halloween design and I loved it but literally right after I got it done I got invited to a wedding last minute where I was gonna have to wear a beige cream dress so I went back to the salon to get a color change to match and the lady was like passively angry at me and this lady had the audacity to bring that up in this recent visit of how I was a problematic customer when It had nothing to do with her! it was just that life happens for me so she brought that incident up with other customers next to me and really made the situation uncomfortable. During my recent visit I had a picture I wanted her to follow and it was not followed at all so as she was doing the topcoat I said hold on I really do not want to go home like this I'm gonna be sad looking at my hands every day if I don't say something now.. so I said I'm sorry but I don't like it at all and she was really rude and brought up the problematic customer thing and didn't take responsibility or ownership that she didn't do a good job, it wasn't a good experience, and she didn't provide good customer service. Mom and I won't go back
