I was on my way Sunday night from Dayton to Pittsburgh when a tire blew out and I found myself stranded in the dark on I-70 just east of the I-77 interchange with only half my jack and tons of 18-wheelers buzzing by. My insurance company called B&B and before I knew it (or could eat the sandwich I had picked up in Cambridge, Jeff was calling to tell me he'd be there shortly. Ten minutes later he arrived and put my truck on his flatbed. After dropping the truck at Walmart, he waited and let me go inside and talk to a manager, then he kindly gave me a ride to a local hotel. Definitely recommend when you need friendly, prompt assistance!

I got a flat tire and needed a tow from Cambridge to Akron. The driver, John, was incredibly kind and helpful, also willing to wait with me until my ride got there if he had to. John made sure to explain that I would have to pay for the majority of the tow because Honda Roadside wouldn't cover it (not a big deal!). Kind and professional service that I'd recommend to anyone!

These folks are first rate. They are very prompt and polite. It is rare to find a business whose culture motivates their employees to actually care for their customers and be willing to go above and beyond to help folks out. We have had scores of customers cars towed by B&B over the years and they really are a great place to deal with!

The guy in the tow truck (did not catch his name) made my hellish day better by calling dealers and body shops without even being asked. So helpful !!

Was traveling for work and like the idiot I can be, I locked my keys in my car. After trying to get in myself and failing miserably I searched online for a locksmith. Nothing local came up and the national call centers had nobody in the area, so as a last resort I called the local police to see if they still opened cars. The Dispatcher said they do not, but referred me to B&B Towing. Not feeling optimistic, I made the call and was told no problem I'll be right over. Right over was really what it was, driver arrived within about 10 minutes and was in my car in another 5. Now it was time for the dreaded bill. Having been frustrated at the situation I never bothered to ask the price, and prepared myself to be screwed over. That wasn't the case, the driver said $40, and I was shocked and happy. Needless to say I would recommend these guys and would gladly use them again if in the area.

We were stranded on the side of the road in OH 2 hours from our destination with my entire family and 2 large dogs. They were so accomidating! They even brought an extra vehicle to help get my family to the hotel late on a Sunday night. Thanks B&B!
