BEST DENTIST IN SO CAL Very professional staff and accommodating to customers needs/schedules. I have been a client at the Chino Hills, Upland and Downtown Upland location pretty consistently for my dental health and hygiene. 100/100 would recommend- if you decide to establish care here- would highly recommend to book your cleanings for the whole year at the beginning.

I really like this dental office but ortho treatment was a little frustrating to get done here. Ortho appointments are only Wednesdays and you're seen every two months. For ortho, flexibility in scheduling is lacking. In addition, after setting up payment arrangements for treatment, they were not processed by the office. Upon returning to future appointments I was made aware I owed several months.

Now we are at the end of my daughters treatment and I was told the day of her braces removal that I have to pay half of the balance up front because the payments weren't processed by the office like they were supposed to. It was VERY upsetting! However, there is a happy ending.

I was able to speak to Jay in the office and explain the situation to her. We were able to come to an agreement we were both satisfied with and braces came off (so did my gloves) lol. Overall we had some bumps in the road but the office staff and dental team was pleasant, understanding and helpful.

I will take some scheduling conflicts and payment problems any day so long as the customer service, staff personalities are professional and reasonable. Because they worked with me, treated me kindly and have such a clean and tidy office, I will continue to be a patient here.

I know this five star review might be confusing because it's coupled with complaints but I am glad we were able to end on a good note despite some of the challenges. Thanks Jay because you turned my almost 3 star review into a 5 star review.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years. I was very skeptical to go to any dentist because my past experiences have not been good. Walking into the dental office, I was amazed at how beautiful this office was. The staff and doctors was amazingly nice. My son and I went in for x-rays and a check up. They were honest with what we needed to have done in the near future. They did not try to gouges or over sell us. My experience with them was a very pleasant one. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.
I'm very happy with the experience and I will definitely be returning for my dental work that needs so be done.

Great experience in all my visits to Barsoum dental clinic! A very clean and modern facility with a welcoming staff and excellent doctors. This clinic was highly referred by a family member and I was extremely pleased with their quality of care/treatment.

I made an appointment which was a simple call. The dentist called me before my appointment to check in with me- which was really nice. Went to my appointment everyone was really welcoming and the location was super clean and nice. Received my services and they were able to fit everything in so I could get it done the same day. The dentist called me the same night to check in with me and see if I had any pain or discomfort. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend.

Barsoum Dental recently moved its main operations to a new location, and its new space is gorgeous and has more parking options. They continue to provide excellent, attentive service.

In the past, I have also seen Dr. Lee, their orthodontist, and he was great. He still works at their original location, and I would definitely recommend his services, too.

I found Dr Barsoum on Yelp and I have been a patient now for several years. I was concerned that a newer bigger facility and staff would change the service but I was wrong. Dr Barsoum and his staff provide excellent service!! They are friendly, gentle and always provide guidance and options for dental care. They always call after a visit to check on me. The new facility is beautiful!!

My family has been going to Dr. Barsoum's office for about 10 years. I actually initially found him on Yelp when we had a dental emergency with my daughter and her regular dentist at the time wouldn't assist. Dr Barsoum took time out of his Sunday to do a phone consult, order medications for her, and schedule her to come in to see him that week. Service and treatment like that, you never forget. Everything you get with this practice is top notch from reception to hygienists to the dentists and orthodontist. The dental care, service, and treatment is top quality. The new office is state of the art! The follow up phone call after each visit shows the commitment to patient care. We love Barsoum dental!
