Received an initial call about my message for a quote. Was told I would be contacted back in a few days to set up service. Never received another call, text, or email. I'll find someone else who wants to earn my money.

They even disposed of it at no charge even though I had alley bulk trash pickup they were free to utilize. Was recommended to talk to this company via Yelp Projects. Price was lower than everyone else who gave estimates.

Joe was very responsive to the Yelp quote request and after I texted a few pictures of the tree he provided a fair quote and fit me on his team's schedule within 24 hours. The next day Hilario was running a few minutes late coming from another job and Joe called to let me know. Hilario did a great job and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the work. Joe checked in afterwards, too. We'll keep using their service as the tree grows.

Great job! Scheduled removal of my 2 fruit trees within a day or so of my call and arrived when said they would. Friendly and cheerful service even though I added a 3rd fruit tree to the removal job. Reasonable price which included stump grinding. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I had to have a bigger palm trunk cut down and stumped. They did an amazing job, it does not even look like it was ever there. The price was fair and well worth it. If you ever need tree services you will love the work they do, I will definitely use Basset Tree Services again.
