I had a bad balayage done that was way too blonde for me, and I always would drive past this place and think I should try it out. Since my bad hair job was due to a botched balayage, I figured this place should be better at balayage if it's in their name. And sure enough, I was correct. I showed the hair stylist a lot of pictures of what I wanted, and she really kept note of it, asking me to show her right before she created the color so that she would get it right. The salon is clean and pretty, and on first check-in I was able to get 20% off of my entire service. That was a really nice deal. I came back before my wedding to get my hair toned down and to get the Brazilian blowout, and both services were done exceptionally well. I highly recommend this place.

First time here. I researched for couple balayage salons and read reviews before I called Trina. I am glad I did it. Trina is knowledgeable, has many experience and knows what she is doing. She explained every steps, help me to understand the process, gave me a quota before starts. I know I am in a good hand and not worry about any unexpected costs when I see the bill. I am happy with my hair results. I did a full balayage, root retouch and toning today. It took 4.5 hours. The environment is lovely, music is good. They have good clientele, make this little salon a hidden paradise full of good vibes. I had to give Neon credit for making my hair appointment so enjoyable. He is a cute, lovely and happy puppy. You will love him too. I can't wait to be back of my follow up appointment.

Ellie is a new stylist there, and she is absolutely amazing! She turned my box yellow highlight to an ashy blonde beautiful balayage!! I am moving two hours away, but whenever I need to get my hair done I will be making the trip to see Ellie. Really, she did magic! I'm obsessed with the color, the blending, the shadow root, everything! Her and Trina really took the time to fix my mistake, and showed how much they cared about my results each step of the process. Highly recommend for your balayage needs!!!!

I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Trina did such an amazing job on my hair. I went from a dull brown to a cool blonde balayage and I'm OBSESSED Everyone in there was so friendly and welcoming and I felt right at home. BEWARE!!! Horrible, horrible customer service & WORK!!! Came in as a blonde for a few lowlights and to have my full blonde highlights touched up and came out a complete brunette. A highlight/lowlight touch-up was turned into a hideous transformation in which I was told I had to pay for any further correction services. I left in tears and I'd give 0 stars if possible!

My daughter Taylor and I just started going to Brooke last November. My daughter had balayage and haircut and her looked amazing. I got lowlites, toner and haircut. I can't wait for next appointment. I highly recomend Brooke or any of the girls here seem to really know what they are doing. Very happy we decided to switch!

I booked an appointment here because I wanted a specialist in balayage to do my hair. At the salon I was going before I would always feel like the hairdresser was rushing, like she didn't have enough time to properly do my hair. So I decided to try someplace new and I'm so glad I did. Paola took such great care of my hair, she did exactly what I asked for, her suggestions were awesome, she understood me so well and I walked out with my hair looking amazing. And she took her time to do it, she didn't rush at any moment, I could see that she wanted to do it right, that she actually cared about it. I already have my next appointment set up and I'm never going back to my old salon, I'll be gladly driving all the way from Kissimmee to Downtown Orlando, with pleasure!

Ok, let me start by saying after having below average to horrible experiences with other Orlando stylists in the last few years, I didn't have my waist length, thick, coarse hair cut or highlighted for about 6 months. I was really in serious need of a great cut/color but was SO nervous! I finally had enough and called Beauty and the Balayage Salon because of their fantastic reviews.
Paola answered the phone and was so understanding and easy to talk to. I scheduled right away. When I arrived to my appointment, she listened, looked at my pictures, and even consulted with another stylist to be sure of the plan. She really made me feel confident that I would get exactly what I wanted. She was able to come up with a combination of highlights and a toner that was so darn near perfect to what I had in my inspiration pictures that I have already scheduled my next appointment! Thank you Paola! My hair looks and feels awesome. I highly recommend!
