Best Customer Service, value, support, if you're looking for bed bug eradication, bar none. Bob's treats you as the family you love. Frankly his heat treatment process DESTROYS everything bedbug. We were infested with bedbugs carried in our luggage and never knew until they feasted on my blood several times. They are by far the best value and the quickest and most thorough way to kill bedbugs.

We recently ran into a bed bug problem at a property. We called a "FL bed bug experts" company who charged 1.5/sqft for heat treatment service and an additional $35/month warranty/pest control agreement. All of that money spent and they refused to re-treat when their service did not work as promised. We ultimately believe that they were in a rush to get home on a Friday afternoon and cut our treatment time short (thus not killing everything).

I was desperate to find a cost effective way to salvage this situation and am extremely grateful for Robert and his company. Not only was the price under half of the other service; but we were able to treat the property for the appropriate amount of time and not feel rushed. I highly suggest having them come on property and help with setup because they are pros at situating the equipment appropriately.

Bedbugs are a truly traumatic situation and it was nice to work with a company who checked in and made sure everything was going right. The other company I used essentially took the money and ran; but Robert and his company were true professionals. Try them before dealing with anyone else!

This is a great business that solves the bedbug problem without any pesticides needed. The website explains the process. Its a matter of getting the room to the correct temperature range for the correct time so the heat can move into every crevice where a bedbug might be. It also kills the eggs. We are certain that there were no bugs alive of any type after this treatment. There was no damage from the heat. We did the DIY method and rented the equipment. We picked up at the location closest and had three fans on heater/fan, a bin of cables, and and IR Temperature sensor. It all fit in the trunk of a Dodge Challenger with the rear seats folded down. It was easy to set up and everything that was needed was in the kit. We used the oven receptacle for power and did three bedrooms and a living room one at a time. We picked it all up Monday afternoon and turned it all in Wednesday Morning. This is a five star company because the equipment is well designed and works perfectly and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this company.
