THIS MEDSPA IS THE BEST! I've been to many MedSpas before in Los Angeles & nothing can compare to how great this place is. If you're looking for a MedSpa, this is it. If you're interested, they usually have specials going on whether it's for fillers, hydrafacials, cool sculpting, Botox, ect (this is just what I've seen. It'll vary when you ask).

The main reason I love it here is because of the results I've experienced. Not once have I been disappointed with the results. Also, the staff is great! Taylor is super accommodating and Ashley is really good at making me look natural lol & Shout out to Tehia!! She's is a very well experienced LME. She's professional, has a lot of knowledge if you're worried/curious, and she's also a great time to chat with.

So they're moving to a new location near Shilo Inn & they're also opening a new MedSpa at Liberty Hill. I'm moving near the Austin area soon, but I will literally drive all the way to Killeen just to get my routines done from Tehia and Ashley lol (but I'm sure the other locations are just as great).

Seriously though, check this place out if you haven't. You won't regret it!

As a mother of four children I seldom do anything for myself. The youngest is 16 and I decided I wanted to get a little something done. I went in to discuss breast options and I was super shy. I wasn't even able to talk about it to begin with but within just a few minutes Dusty was able to easily make me feel just fine. They talked me through every step, were honest about healing, and all my options. Dr. Hix was the most amazing doctor who showed concern and care not only for me but also my daughter who we just mentioned briefly. Completely professional and still welcoming and caring. I would recommend this group for any cosmetic procedure, lift, tuck, and spa treatments offered. You will not be disappointed.

I went to this spa 05/2021 where I had a chemical peel done. Construction was being done next door on the building so it was a bit loud but not bad, overall the service was fine, and I was walked through the process of what to expect for the next 2 weeks after.

When I went to pay they advised their system was down and they weren't able to take my payment, so I had to wait, while they tried to figured out what was happening. it took some time but eventually they had me on the phone with another location to pay. I bought a package of 3 facials at this salon, as I was told I could use them at anytime and I got a bit of a discount over just paying for the services as I got them. ( I assumed this was a tactic to ensure repeat customers)

I used two of the services, one in May 2021 (the initial chemical peel) and the other in August 2021 (a hydra facial) I called today to book my final service and they advised me the final service "expired". What a strange new rule that didn't exist when you asked me to pay in advance for it.

I advised I wasn't told this (no email or phone call about my services expiring) and it hasn't even been over a year. I asked how long I had to use the services, since again, I was not informed of this expiration date when paying. After placing me on hold to check, the receptionist on the phone advised I had 3 months.

I said when I bought the package there were only 2 services that were an option; a chemical peel and hydra facial. I asked who was getting a chemical peel every month (or every other month). As that's not healthy and no sane dermatologist/esthetician would advise that. The receptionist said she wasn't an esthetician and she couldn't advise me on that. I again asked how it made sense that these facials expire in 3 months? (I personally am sensitive about my skin and don't like doing a bunch of procedures and putting a bunch of harsh chemicals on it every month like that) She then placed me on hold for 15 seconds and came back and said she spoke with an esthetician & they would advise a chemical peel every month.

So a chemical peel that takes around 14 days to process on your skin an esthetician would advise every month?

And if this facial service offer was valid ONLY 3 months why not ask me to go ahead and book the appointments in advance because they are only valid for the next 3 months? Y'all didnt ask because the 'rule' didn't exist. Because it doesn't make sense. None of what I was told today made sense and I was put on hold over 4x for a total 3 minute conversation because the receptionist didn't seem to even know of or understand the policies.

So if you go here, don't buy any "packages" upfront, pay as you go- because they seem to place rules and restrictions that don't make sense that aren't told to you in order to get you to not use the services while they still get paid.

All in all, I wish I went somewhere else where they value the customers and aren't trying to find ways to scam you out of money. The overall experience wasn't worth it and now I'm out of money they pocketed at my expense for a service I didn't receive, because of a policy that makes no sense.

I should have done what I initially wanted which was to find a better quality spa out in Austin to have the services done who pride themselves on there work and not tricking customers out of money by way of "expired facials".

Killeen location wasn't worth it for me.

Beleza Medspa is the BEST!!! I felt welcomed by Taylor! I had my first hydra facial with the talented medical esthetician Tehia yesterday! She made me feel comfortable and my skin feels like brand new skin. I will be getting a package for hydra facials. Tehia is very genuine and personable.

I've been coming to Beleza for a little over a year and have yet to be disappointed.

Taylor is always very personable and up beat and keeps me on track with my rewards points and fresh club membership info.

Tehia is a wizard with her facials and chemical peels. I've been on a regular schedule of them and my face has never looked or felt better. I trust her to guide me in procedures that are safe for my skin and I've always felt safe in her hands.

I can't recommend this medspa enough to those who are searching for a place to feel and look great.

Ashley is amazing! She is the only one I will go to for my lips and Botox! She even will do a nerve block on me for my lips so I have ZERO pain. She is the best I have ever been too! There is no one better! -Nichole Johnson

Tehia is EXCELLENT!!! She's very patient, personable, knowledgeable, and just knows her stuff. I'm a nurse and I've had multiple peels and laser treatments(both botched and successful) at various different places but Beleza has been the BEST. It's really good to see an esthetician (Tehia) who takes the time to go over the pros and cons of different treatments and is not afraid to say that's just not the best treatment for you, your skin type, or your condition so may be we should try this and has the facts/research to back it up.

I've had 4 peels, 2 micropens, and 1 test spot laser hair removal which my skin was too sensitive to handle. If it had not been for Tehia's extensive knowledge base I would have insisted the the entire area be done b/c I've had laser hair removal a number of times and this time can't be any different. But I was wrong and she was right and she was able to recognize that this just may not be right for me at this moment. I highly recommend Beleza. Taylor is also Great and sooo patient especially when I'm on the phone asking a million questions.

I love Beleza Medspa I being coming here since Dec 2017 and the people who works here are very nice and knowledgeable. Tehia is awesome!!! I have the chemical peel done and my skin looks great also I have done the hydrafacial, microneedling, and I also tried Botox and I am in love with it!!! Thanks to Tehia's

Im leaving this review on behalf of my sister who is too nice to leave one. She went in for Kybella for her chin with Ashley on April 26th. On the first day, everything was ok, just typical swelling and pain however the discomfort suddenly migrated onto her lip, making it numb and paralyzed. We thought maybe it was a side effect so she decided to reach out by phone and 2 emails. They said they would get back to her but here we are 2.5 weeks later and nothing. After some research I learned that this could happen if the nerve was accidentally injected. We now have to set up an appointment w a doctor so see how we can go about this. I want to say that we are aware mistakes happen but the way the team has gone about it has been extremely unprofessional, questionable, rude and extremely hurtful. This is someone's face we're talking about, so to not even have the decency to call her or email her back is disgusting. Go somewhere else ladies.

Vanessa is fantastic and always takes care of my needs and provides me with above and beyond satisfactory services and products. Love the staff, location, and clinic cleanliness. All around great experience. Thank you!
