I am needing to find a closer location to get my nails done. I am really concerned regarding shellac, is this place good for it? If so, how long does their shellac last? Please help me :(

I've gotten my nails done once there, with shellac and no chips! It's been at least 3-4 weeks since I've had it

I love Bellagio and am a long time client. However, the last few times I have visited I have been appalled at the behavior and commentary of one of the techs, Lucky. He very loudly discusses extremely inappropriate topics, talks poorly of his fellow employees and cusses AT them as well. He's extremely unprofessional and it makes clients visibly uncomfortable. I really wish the issue would be addressed.

This place is great! The only thing I wish is that they would offer drinks. But they usually can have someone accommodate your needs in a timely fashion and do nails and massage very well!

I went to get a full color powder set, a pedicure and waxing. Lucky did my manicure and as always he was phenomenal. He's done my nails in the past and always delivers on what I want. Good shape, length and thin. (Not chunky/thick) I know some people have left some reviews over him but I've never had that experience with him. I told him I don't like talking and I enjoy zoning out and keeping it low key. He is always receptive to my needs. Tiffanie did my pedi and was on point, paid attention to detail and went the extra mile for me. She also did my wax and I'm very picking about my eyebrows but she did exactly what I asked. Angel is also great at pedis (she is usually my go to but was busy when I walked in) I recommend this salon to everyone cause they always take care of me here.

First of all I'm going to give five stars To my awesome techs Kathy and Yumi. By far the best! With that said there is this guy here Lucky who is absolutely horrible. He cusses the entire time. bi*** MFer, f**k, and more. Also he talks sexually about all the stuff he does to men. With my young daughter next to me. I told the owner to please have him tone it down. He did say something to him then he got louder and started belittling me. Like seriously put his ass in the back of the salon in a closed room. It's not funny at all. I'd be embarrassed to have this POS working for me but apparently he's been told this many times and he's still here. Oh well. My 2 cents.

I find my nail technician Trish to be more than efficient in her time. she has a great attention to detail. always up for my photo inspo and nails it EVERYTIME. I love the atmosphere. it's not like a typical shop where I can hear myself think. yes, people chat amongst themselves but at a noise level that is reasonable to their environment and other patrons. 10/10 I'd recommend

Service by Natalie was awful. She did not listen to anything I wanted she did a French pedicure and her lines weren't symmetrical at all. She claimed it was due to the nails being short however I had her previously and she messed up my nails then. She was rough and continuously snatched my toes around. I was told I could walk in and that there wasn't a wait however I waited over 25 minutes before I got service which is why I let Natalie attempt to do my toes. 2 out of ten I would not recommend her at all

The nail techs are efficient. They do a good job but don't expect anything above and beyond. The receptionists are not friendly at all. They act like you're a hassle coming in. The young girl today with the fake red hair was so unfriendly and rude at checkout that I probably won't come back and take my money elsewhere. I am tired of coming in and having them interact with such poor customer service skills.

Great service, but not for a relaxing experience. I want to go to a nail spa that does a good manicure/pedicure but I also want to relax as this is my "self care". Bellagio offers beautiful nails and the technicians are professional, however I ask for a quiet area because I prefer to relax when getting my nails done. Many times I have asked to be seated in a relaxing area, but somehow I always end up next to a "chatty Kathy". Once again, 30 minutes into my 65 mins service bridal party is seated 2 chairs away. There is literally a sign next to the bridal party chairs that says "RELAXATION AREA:Please keep all conversations low". In no way am I faulting a bridal party for enjoying themselves, but the receptionist I DO fault.
I will continue to go to Lumiere Nail salon on 249 where you get a receptionist that can seat you appropriately for both great service and relaxation every time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

They can not figure out their own scheduling system, you have to request the back quiet room at time of scheduling appointment and even if you do you have to remind the front desk girl that you booked the quiet room. Then even sometimes after all that you can't get in there. I specifically asked for a different manicurists as the last one did not do a good job (no biggie, I was trying someone new), and she is the one that rolls over to do my nails...

This place is clean and nice. The service was okay. However, the nail tech Lucky was very passive aggressive. I had acrylics on and I asked for a fresh new set. I told him the color I wanted, the shape and the length. He began to give me a refill and I told him that I asked for a new set. He said I could safe time if I just did a refill and I told him I wanted a new set because my natural nails grow really fast and I don't like when food gets stuck there. After going back and forth he finally took them off. I asked him to cut my natural nails short for the new set. After he cut them, he was about to apply powder on my natural nail. I stoped him and asked if he was going to put the nail extension. And he said that I asked for my natural nails short. I was super confused because every single nail salon that I go to knows what a new set means. The confusion might have been due to a language barrier, however he was super passive aggressive and I'm almost positive that he was complaining about me to the other employees. I just moved to Spring from Tomball, and I was looking for a closer nail salon. Unfortunately I will continue to drive 30 minutes to Lumiere, because I always have the best customer service over there. If you do decide to come here, you will be unlucky if you get Lucky as your nail tech.
