The service is outstanding. Everyone there is nice. I can always get in. Best pedicure EVER!! The owners are very nice people. A really efficient nail salon!!

I really wanted to like this place. I was so excited to come here. I just asked them to fix one nail that she messed up and she would not. I wish I could give them a zero.

I was a walk-in and wanted my nails a different style before we head home for the holidays and wanted a particular design. My nail Tech was Teri and what a awesome young lady. She took great care with my dip nails and she is very knowledgeable in this field. I had a wonderful time. My nails are more beautiful than the pictures I showed her that I wanted. If you are looking for professional nail care, then Bellagio is the only place to come.

I came here twice while I was in town for a program at OSU, and both experiences were great. The second time my girlfriend and I got matching nails -- super cute. The owner is very friendly and professional, and the staff is quick and competent.

I have been living here in Columbus for almost 2 years now and this is the only play I come to for my nails! They do and amazing job and I never have to wait long they are always quick and ready to assist their guests. I also have to bring my son with me sometimes and it's never an isssue they always smile and play with him O definitely recommend coming here!! Not to mention unlike other nails salons your nails actually last!! You don't have to worry about your nails coming off or chipping!!

I took my 10 year old twins for pedicures and the technician told them both they needed to shave their legs and made them feel self conscious. I will never go back and I don't recommend.

Although my friend and I were thoroughly entertained during our visit, I felt that one of the technicians was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. My friend and I had pedicures done by two male technicians. My technician was professional; whereas, hers was not. He kept telling us inappropriate stories from his dating experiences on Plenty of Fish and some other absurd stories. I enjoyed my technician as I thought that he did a good job with my pedicure and manicure; however, I felt that I didn't receive the $115 worth of services that I ended up paying for. During my "deluxe pedicure", he kept mentioning a huge blister that was on the bottom of my foot (that I was completely unaware of) and how he wasn't going to go anywhere near it. He also didn't scrub the dried skin off the heels of my feet either. Other than that, my fingers and toes look pretty in pink! Unfortunately though we will probably not be returning back to Bellagio Nails.

Dip mani powder applied so sloppy and thick they will literally fall off in a week. My nails were perfectly shaped literally the easiest manicure ever. The powder was so unevenly applied, he sawed off every edge of my nail that he missed with the sloppy powder application. My thumb is now shaped like a rhombus, we won't get started on the other 9. Dipped about 7 times, dip thicker than a snicker. It was the lack of a was awareness for me. Look elsewhere.

New to the area and decided to try this place first. Got nails & a pedicure done here.. The pedicure was fine. It went by fast which I like. They didn't use the scrubber on the bottom of my feet; but for $25 it was fine.. I was disappointed in my nails though.. I got the dip nails in coffin shape which wasn't coffin shape. They also charged an extra $10 for particular shapes which i've never seen before. A week into all my nails started cracking which was very disappointing to me.. Also, never put my hand under the UV light when it was ready for the top coat; they just let it air dry which was also weird to me.. Everyone was very nice; but it wasn't worth the money.
