Maria is amazing!!! She always helps me find the best glasses and sunglasses within my budget and helps me to understand how my insurance works!!!

Berkeley has been my optometrist ever since I've needed one. I have ALWAYS been treated very well. Everyone from the receptionist, the technicians, the assistant, and the optometrist have always treated me and others with respect. I had lots of floaters in my eyes. Dr. Karl Ermis listened to my concerns, that the floaters were affecting my driving, and made an appointment with Dr. Coffee. During my appointment Dr. Coffee saw how bad they were and set up an appointment to remove them. I now have clear vision. I still needed glasses after testing by Dr.Ermis. Placed my order and got them within a week. Great service. I'll always go to Berkeley for any eye wear needed.

My mom went in for an eye exam and was wrongfully diagnosed. She returned and the nurse advised it was a medical emergency. The nurse refused to let her park her car and call an ambulance. Why would a medical professional do this?

Terrible service. They are loosing the good doctors. It may be the only place in town, but save yourself from going into this place, you'll be yelled at, they will make you feel like you do not deserve them.

It was my first time going to Berkeley and I was very impressed with their professionalism and wonderful customer service! They explained everything so well. I will highly recommend Berkeley to my family and friends!

I'm new in town so this was my first appointment. After moving from a place with terrible medical resources, I was very pleased with the quick exam appointment, but the real gem is Maria Puentes in the eyeglass store. She adjusted my frames perfectly! My previous prescription was a nightmare! My eye doctor retired and I went to a new doctor. The glasses were cut wrong and sent back three times. By the time they were cut correctly, I discovered that the prescription was wrong as well. I tucked the new frames into a drawer, and had been wearing my old glasses for over a year. After all of the trouble getting the lenses cut correctly, they never got the frames adjusted before I had to move out of state. I took the frames with me to use for this prescription, and Maria adjusted them perfectly.

First of all, the attention to detail with regard to the current pandemic was outstanding. The DR I saw Kayci Ermis OD. was outstanding, friendly and concise. The appointment was timely, caring and without defect. The eyeglass center was phenomenal with Maria who handled everything in a totally professional, super friendly and precise manner. All of my questions were answered in a professional and timely manner and the quality of service was outstanding. My initial contact Sloane who was absolutely amazing as well. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly & knowledgeable! Dr. Ermis does a great job with my kids & the entire staff is wonderful.

Just went here today and the ladies up front and Linnie and Dr Ermis were great! I would definitely recommend coming here instead of having to brave the traffic to travel somewhere in the Houston area. Amanda on the optical side was also extremely helpful in explaining my insurance benefits to me and what was and wasn't covered. Great place with a real hometown feel! :)

Dr Karl Ermis has been a fabulous new doctor since moving to Texas. It's definitely worth the drive from Bay City. All of the staff are top notch professionals. Maria was remarkable and helping me pick out my new glasses on Dec. 31st. She listened and helped me take care of lenses, insurance and order in about 15 minutes!
