Dr. Chousdhary is very thoughtful, knowledgeable and warm hearted. Her surgical skill is very good and I am very happy about the results of blepharoplastry. The feeling of heavy eye lid is completely gong.

Berkeley Eye Center is the way to go! Every staff member is professional and caring. Ashley guided me through the entire process and created an amazing experience in which my questions and nerves were addressed. Dr. Caplan guided me through the entire procedure- painless and quick!
Each appointment was an easy in and out which was very convenient. Definitely recommend LASIK!

WOW I don't know where to start with the exceptional care I received at Berkeley Eye Center. I started the process about a week prior and had the procedure done the next week. The whole process start to finish was a breeze. Ashley was great scheduling everything and communicating with me with any questions I had. Brenda was so helpful and friendly helping me through the process and answering all of my questions and concerns. On the day of the procedure, the wait was slightly longer than expected but I didn't mind. I knew I was in great care. They checked my vision again, visited with Dr. Caplan and he reassured me that the procedure would go smoothly. When it was my turn to go under the laser, I became very anxious and started crying. The staff recognized my concerns and reassured me and comforted me. The procedure lasted no longer than 5 minutes. They reconfirmed my instructions for after care and said they would see me in the morning. I can't recommend Berkeley Eye Center enough. Amazing staff who genuinely take care of you. Thank you for my amazing vision now!!

Dr Momeni is fabulous! Fits me with Scelera Lens for dry eyes and tests me for required eye tests for my medication. Optical center is also fantastic. Roni worked well to find beautiful, reasonably priced glasses. As well as adjusting to meet my needs.

Great care and support. They identified a serious issue and immediately worked to get me an appointment with a UVI specialist. That isn't an easy thing to do as those aren't just your average ophthalmologist specialty.

They called last week to confirm my appointment. When I showed up on time they told me my doctor had quit and they had rescheduled me for next week. I realize of course that a doctor's time is infinitely more valuable than a patient's but it does get tiresome to be abused like this.

My initial visit at the Berkeley Eye Center with my mom was excellent. The woman on the 4th floor had her post decorated by the staff to help celebrate her birthday. She graciously helped us with directions for our appointment. Right there we knew the staff enjoyed and respected one another.
While we had a short wait for our appointment I walked over to search for glasses. Immediately I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Our wait for mom's appointment was brief so we moved on.
Every staff that we encountered was very patient with our slow pace for mom to walk from one area to the next.
During our wait time we could hear the staff talking with one another and they seemed to enjoy their job and respected one another.
Our first visit with Dr. Nguyen was excellent. He was very good at explaining his findings and or results from tests. We felt very confident with the next steps to mom's treatments!
2 weeks later we visited again and this time I went in to look for my glasses in between mom's test. Again I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Roni was extremely helpful in my decision! She listened to my description of style and we ended up going with iGREEN. Such fun selection and I can't wait for them to arrive!

Most unprofessional staff - surgical consultant- very unaccommodating. basically our way or the highway. Cancelled my cataract surgeries. Do not recommend at all.
