Care has been great, timely, friendly, explained everything clearly, thorough in both anticipating questions. Genuinely a pleasure to work with everyone, from reception through to surgeon and everyone in between.

Had cataract surgery on both eyes recently and I can see near medium and far. It's great. The surgery was painless and the recovery was painless. It's all good.

Linda did our pre check and she was amazing! Very thorough and professional. Dr Weeks was very thorough and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

I stopped going to Berkeley at Katy due to their complete lack of respect for my time. Having recently moved to the Woodlands I decided to give them one more try. Here I am 1 hour after my appointment time still waiting to see the Dr. The total lack of respect for appointment times does not help anyone.

I will find a smaller opticians that care about customer service and unless you have nothing better to do than hang around different waiting rooms I would suggest you do the same!

I did a lot of research to find the perfect location to finally get Lasik! I finally landed on Berkeley Eye Center & I am so glad I did!!! From start to finish I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredible/ friendly/knowledgeable and so much more!!! Thank you to Dr. McCauley, Bridgette, Heather, Carole, Cindy, Rebbeca & Dr Roach. Im so exited to start this new chapter of my life with new vision!

I had cataract surgery by Doctor McCauley 1-1/2 years ago, and chose multi focal lenses. Dr McCauley carefully guided my choice by explaining the effects of the multifocal. I adapted very well with a couple of months and by 1 years time, I did not notice any light or glare issues at all therefore I am happy with the choice. Today I chose to come in for my annual visit. Ms Erendira was great at evaluating my vision and all appears good.

I was really impressed by the entire staff especially the doctor who did my son's LASIK eye surgery, Dr. McCauley. The fact that this physician relies not only on his expertise but in prayer brought us comfort. I was appreciative that he did that for us. May God bless him abundantly!
Cindy was very informative and helpful with our questions.
Also, wanted to give a huge thanks to Mrs. Aisha who assisted us when we showed up when they were about to close. She was very professional and willing to help us.

Excellent care and treatment. I had prk eye surgery instead of lasik and was taken care of before, during and after. I'm currently one week out from surgery and so far so good (at least for prk can get haha). Can't wait for my full vision to develop.

Having been to several eye doctors, this has been the most pleasurable experience largely due to the interactions with Rebecca, Ashley and Diana were beyond nice.
