Being a contractor myself and working my whole life I would recommend Bernhardt Restoration for any of your home or business projects.
I contacted Bernhardt after a short trip to Florida in July. Bernhardt had painted my neighbors home and it looked great so I got an estimate from them. My winter home was in dire need of a paint job and I knew going in that there would be some extras added on as paint was scrapped off and exposed years of neglect. After talking with Mark Fales and going over his process I hired Bernhardt for the job. When anything Extra came up Mark called or texted with pictures of needed repairs. Having experience myself in this type of restoration and work we decided together the next best plan of attack. I was 1200 miles away. He got everything finished and sent a complete video from start to finish. The place looked great.
When we arrived in Florida the house was beautiful. Every detail had been covered and the added restoration work was completed and looked amazing.
Mark and his crew left the place in pristine condition. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.
