Angie M.Berrien Springs, MI1024924Jan 6, 2016First to ReviewI have taken my 3 kids and myself here a couple times since moving back to this area. The hygienist and dentist were nice enough. The problem I have is the billing. As a military family we have never paid for cleanings with our insurance and very minimal for fillings. With Berrien Dental, I was required to pay a copay at the appointment then insurance was filed. So on top of about $45 a person copay, I'm told I owe about $300 for the 3 fillings kids had last visit. We have never paid over $20 out of pocket for a filling. So maybe the price is way higher than anywhere else we've lived( Washington DC? Doubt it) when I called to figure it out the receptionist was very confused at why I would question the bill and wants to call me back. I won't be back as a patient, just to pay what I owe.
