Very disappointed with the customer service. Rick quoted me a price for a large carport but when I drove 50 miles one way to sign paperwork and pay the deposit, the price had changed. He said it must have been something in the computer but he did remember giving me the price. However, he did not stand behind the quoted price and the new price was double what I was quoted. I'm in a manufacturing plant customer service and if we make a mistake with a quote, it is our mistake and we honor the price given. I was raised that a man's word was worth something, I guess he wasn't! Better get price emailed!!
