Bait and Switch: please see pictures.
I ordered the "Designer's Choice Premium Rose Vase Arrangement- Deluxe" for $99.95. Final bill came out to $160 with chocolate, tax, tip and relay fee. Not sure what the relay fee is because shipping was listed as free at checkout.
The advertised picture for what I ordered shows over 2.5 dozen roses (see pictures for the advertisement I ordered). They have a disclaimer saying the arrangement might not look exactly the same, but the overall look and theme will be retained. They also specify that roses may be substituted for flowers of equal or greater value if roses are not available.
They ended up sending a 10 or 12 roses with a ton of filler leaves (see pictures). I do not think filler leaves are equal or greater value to roses. I was pretty mad because I really wanted it to be special like the advertisement because it was our 10 year anniversary.
I ended emailing the florist complaining about how they messed up the arrangement. They agreed that the arrangement they sent looked small and that they would send out another one. I asked if it will look like the advertisement. There response was "I should have bought an arrangement that specified the number of flowers and that each flower goes by a cost per stem count....". I paid a total of $160. I am pretty sure you can get something better from the grocery store for $40 max. Maybe $50 with vase.
I was not to hopeful for their second attempt. The new arrangement had maybe 14 roses and a ton of fillers (see pictures).
Nothing they sent came close to the "theme or look" of what they advertised. They should change their stock photo if they are not going to deliver on it.
The only positive I can give is that they gave me a refund.

Very disappointed.
Ordered flowers for my sister's 82nd birthday and sent a copy of a picture of her as a 1 year old.
My sister liked the flowers, however:
No card saying who had sent the flowers. She had to call to find out who sent them.
Picture not included.

Ordered trough doordash (never heard about this place until saw it on doordash) 100% different from what they described on the web. They give you option on standard, deluxe(+$10) or premium(+$20) ,But didnt described what's the difference. As you seen on my pic the flowers they gave me is wilted. Paid $60 before tax, Ended throwing the flowers and pick up different bouquets from wegmans for less price and 100% better quality!

Update : I called asking for a refund and the person on the phone was borderline yelling , telling me that the flowers were the same as the picture and he put them together himself . Come
To find out i was speaking to the owner Todd.

I ordered a$85 bouquet for my best friend that suddenly lost her mom the day prior. They website does show 3 variations of the bouquet which I was fine with all were beautiful. (Left picture is one of them). My friend sent a picture with a thank you and i was floored that it looked nothing like the pictures of the flowers i has picked out.
The bouquet that was delivered (on the right) has huge fillers ( that die quickly) and not as many roses. I did call the florist and he said they would go pick up the other one and deliver another and that my friend should take another picture because the one i emailed him was the "back" of the bouquet . I said absolutely NOT She is grieving a sudden loss & I won't have her take another picture (without asking she sent me a pic of the front) only because i said it wasn't the right flowers. The florist insisted on picking them up... the emails went into the night... so nothing was done, not a discount nothing. Very unprofessional. If this works have been any other occasion i would have had them change it the flowers but it was a death and bad timing.

Jason got a beautiful orchid plant to my 92 year old mom's hospital room the very day I called. It mattered so much! It let my mother-in-law know we cared even though we weren't able to be there in person. Ok, so she knows we love her but I wanted a physical presence at her side in that cold environment. It is a little reminder that we love her. Also it is a representation of her radiant spirit reflected in a living flowering plant. Flower power if you will. Thanks.

I used to live in Virginia Beach and remembered the Lynnhaven Mall area. I googled a local florist and noticed there was one inside the mall. I needed a simple bouquet for my nephew's senior night. My request was a bouquet of green, blue, and white. I should have known that something was wrong when the person from the back asked the cashier to ring up 20 dollars. Typically I do not pay for anything that I haven't seen. He literally came back with 4 flowers - 2 white and 2 purple and apologized for my wait.
I was on a time crunch and had already paid, so I literally left the store through JC Pennys and handed this poorly arranged and horrible display to the friendly cashier at the door of the men's department. I made my way to a real florist and let that be a lesson to myself to not pay for anything before looking at it myself. And I will make sure to tell all of my family and friends not ever to go there. 20 dollars for 4 cheap-looking flowers - I support small businesses. Buyer Beware! Received 'Order Processed Auto-Confirmation' by email. Never received order for flowers. Phone number doesn't work, website cannot find. Google maps can't seem to find this place. Currently filing claim for credit card fraud. Update as of 30 minutes since posting this review. It just popped up this business is Permanently Closed!

My mom had a sweet tooth after having lunch at the food court. We saw the sign that said Fresh Fudge so we decided to stop in. There was alot of fudge on the table. There were also alot of sweet treats. We ended buying two chocolate bars and a hot cocoa mix. I wish they had more locations.

After spending over one hundred dollars on a large bouquet to be delivered to my wife at work (the most fun place to get a rose bouquet) for her birthday, the flowers DID NOT MAKE IT.
Moreover, I had to call repeatedly to track them down as no emails, confirmations or otherwise were ever sent out.
Instead, they re-routed them to our house....I could have done that myself! Yes they arrived. But, the whole point was to have had them delivered to her at work.
I feel totally cheated.
Her birthday fell on the Friday before Mother's Day; HOWEVER, If the company can't make the delivery window (which was almost the entire day) happen they shouldn't continue to take orders for that day.
