Black Tie Carpet Care

I have waited several weeks to see how the carpets looked after cleaning and to see if it lasts... company was extremely responsive and prompt. Tech was super nice and I did agree to an up charge for raking as my carpet is 18 months old. So for my 2 bedroom, 2 living area and hallway the cleaning, pet remover and raking was almost $700. My parents dogs had been here a few weeks and I knew they had peed on the carpets but I didn't know where so I paid for all the spaces to be treated.. so here is my issue... he literally ran through my house to finish .. it was mid afternoon the day before thanksgiving and he had 2 more jobs to do. I mean the entire job took an hour tops. I paid for extra services so that should have even taken longer than normal... now a few weeks have passed and some of the smell is back even though those dogs have been gone since day before shampooing.. and the high traffic areas that I paid extra to rake are compacting again... I would like to do a good cleaning every 6-9 months to keep carpets fresh and I'm not going to call them to do the maintenance. Hate to say that as responsive and nice they were but $700 worth of detailed cleaning I did not get.

As soon as I put in a request, they called me and gave me a great review. They called for being 5 minutes late, which was not a problem at all. I had a lot of stains from a pet and even though there was one spot that wasn't completely out, it looked and smelled so much better. Absolutely recommend

Bobby did a great job and really showed concern about our home. With 6 kids and a dog I never thought our carpet and Furniture would look so good. I will definitely use Black Tie again and refer them to my friends. I wish I had taken before pictures.

Technician was right on time, professional and took the time to explain the process. Black Tie did a fantastic job. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I was hesitant using a new company but found a special they were running so called. From setting my appointment until our carpet cleaning was done we couldn't be happier. Charles did a great job explaining, cleaning & our carpet looks brand new again. I was even impressed that he personally called me to let me know the appointment before me was going to take a little longer than expected. He then explained when he'd be showing up and was that ok. Great company, job and customer service!
