Blaze Pizza

Blaze is a classic. It's the type of place you choose to go to with a friend when you want to catch up. It's the type of place you use for a school club fundraiser. It's the type of place you can count on being open after a long night out. My food is always fresh, service is often faster when you order online, and the restaurant is very spacious and has a nice atmosphere, despite being right on high street.

I had not been to this location in years, and it was always a place to go after hitting the bar. But today I had a coupon so I figured why not! Glad I went with it!

My partner got a white sauce 11 inch build your own with feta, fresh mozzarella, Gorgonzola, ricotta, chicken, spicy chorizo, artichokes, fresh basil, chopped garlic, arugula, and a pesto drizzle.
I got a spicy red sauce 11 inch build your own with fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, meatballs, spicy chorizo, basil, chopped garlic, spinach, arugula, and ranch on the side.

They are both incredibly delicious! The white cream sauce is a very classic white sauce, just melts in your mouth. My spicy red really does have a nice kick to it, and the flavor is excellent. All of the toppings are great quality, and they didn't skimp on any of them. I was able to get things I knew and loved but also tried some new things, like the spicy chorizo, and really enjoyed it. The crust is excellent, great taste and chewy in the right way. It has some authentic Mediterranean flavors in all of the toppings and parts that go into the pizza, and you can taste it in every bite.

Each of the pizzas is more than enough for us and with the coupon it was a great deal, but I would pay full price for it! Will definitely be back.

I don't know if they are just short staffed, but even if I was the only one in line, it still took them about 5 minutes to ask for my order. After that it seams that the guy that was making the pizzas was pretty good and pretty chill. The other employee that was with him seemed like she hated her job, and I mean, it's understandable as someone that has worked in the fast food industry.

LeBron better get some better help and someone in here to clean. This place is FILTHY and the only person even attempting to make pizzas is moving as if he's got absolutely nothing to do. We've been in line for 15 min and not even one person has received anything. I guess it's time to go...

I mean what can go wrong with a build your own pizza place?!

I have always enjoyed the meals here and will continue to come back. Sad that the worthington location closed cause it was so much closer to home.

Every year the pi day deal is amazing since you can try new combinations and test out how you like it without having to worry about ruining a full price pie. This year was the "meat lovers" combo I tried and loved it. The extra garlic really came through with each bite too.

Cheesy garlic bread was ok, probably not good enough for me to get it again unless I'm splitting it with someone since a bread and a pizza are too much for one person. The pesto was less than desirable. Not a lot of flavor and didn't add much to the bread.

Shop was BUSY and only two people working. Would like to see some other help in there to make things go faster. A 20 min wait at this location just to place your order is not what I expect it to be.

On this particular day the workers didn't seem too happy to be there but I'm chalking that up to a bad day since I haven't had issues in the past at other locations.

Overall, I love their pizza. It's easy, fun, and totally customizable. And on most days pretty quick in and out too.

Unfortunately there is no parking nearby the campus location so be prepared to pay for a meter and walk.

Quick and much better than other delivery pizzas. They use quality ingredients. Recommend overlooking the speediness and enjoy the quality.

Since I discovered blaze I've been slightly obsessed.. I love the create your own option and they don't overcharge for toppings. And that oven just creates fiery charred perfection. The kitchen is clean clean! and the toppings are fresh. The general manager introduced himself and helped guide us through on our first visit... with the nicest smile the whole time. The only thing I would say is that I would recommend eating there or carrying out yourself, third party delivery has been questionable, but honestly I still smash it all.

I love the blaze franchise, but my experience at this location wasn't the best.

The bottom of the pizza was mostly black and it was difficult to eat the pizza. There wasn't much cheese on the pizza either. I got the vegan chorizo and it wasn't spread throughout the entire pizza.

I'm not sure if they were rushing or something... but I wasn't pleased with my experience at this location. Usually my blaze pizzas are a 4.5/5!

I was standing in line when a big brown roach ran across the counter! With all the ingredients and supplies close by and the employees were unfazed and ignored it when brought to their attention. This is a filthy establishment, they take too long to make a pizza, just for it to come out burnt every time. Never going again, especially since they have roaches!

This was the worst service I've ever had in Morgantown, and that says a lot for this place. The workers were only doing what was required and that is take orders, make pizzas, and checkout. Other than that they were eating brownies in the kitchen or on their phones behind the counter. I would've let this stuff slide except the person in front of me asked for onions and got a normal amount, I asked for a little bit of onions and got more than him, and then told him that's enough please no more he continued to add more and spread them out. Instead of blowing up on him about the blatant disrespect I decided it's fine I'll just take the onions off when I get home. People get complacent with what's acceptable, this place is not acceptable, will never be back.
