What a lovely little spa located on the south side of Chicago. They offer facials, body contouring services, gentlemen services, teeth whitening, and etc. They offer online and on the phone booking. You are required to pay half of your service up as a deposit.

I will definitely be back to try some other services.

I add several services here and I don't have much to compare them too and its personal so I will just focus on customer service here
It lacked badly ,it's African American owned so I wanted to check them out

Today I had the opportunity to go to Body Werks spa for three of their services! The experience was absolutely amazing!!

I booked my appointment with Candace the owner and she is the sweetest person. She answered all my question over the phone and book my appointment same day.

The spa is beautiful and super clean! They are very meticulous about the cleaning and I love it.

My technician was Brandie and she was knowledgeable and sweet. She made me feel super comfortable and walked me through the process.

Candace and Brandie built out a package to meet my needs and I purchased right then and there.

If you are looking to accelerate your weight loss this is the place to go!!

This is my first and last time I would EVER visit this establishment. Terrible service. I had a facial appointment at 3pm. Around 318pm, the girl at the desk told me she was finishing up with the other person before me. I then asked her how much longer. She told me I would need to wait MAYBE to 330! Unacceptable business. I always try to support black owned, but many times my time is not respected.
I asked for my deposit back and left out.

Don't waste your time coming here. Unless you have time to waste waiting in the cold lobby with no TV just some music with curse words playing in the background. Another thing, the hand washing soap in the bathroom is dawn dishwasher soap. Tragic! Do better.

I was looking for a detox drink and came across this company's social media page. My consultant was Dee, who was incredibly informative, and she advised I get the Aya Tea and Sea Moss. I went from 356 to 342 in a week! I have renewed energy with this tea and program. I will definitely refer more people to this business.

Hands down best experience.....my first experience was with hot wax for a Brazilian and I hated it and knew I would never do that again but this sugar wax done made me a believer.....I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer

Went in today for a treat your kitty and was extremely disappointed. Normally I'm too shy and reserved to advocate for myself but forget all that. I don't care how nice you are, I'm spending money, you don't have me walking out the door looking crazy! I have strands over here, patches over there, and areas that didn't even look like it was attended to at all. My time is limited so when i treat myself i pray that my time nor my money is not wasted but today i felt like i was punked

2 services done by inexperienced techs. Had teeth whitening done and had to spit which is very normal for your mouth to fill with saliva during the procedure. I was given a filled dirty garbage to spit in! Afterward I was given a cup of water that was brought to me from outside the room, after i goggled I wasn't given a Kleenex or anything to wipe my mouth! Wasn't even given a mirror to look at my teeth when done. Also got a Brazilian wax with a tech that couldn't even explain to me what the sugar wax was even though it's highly advertised on their site.
