Booking Maid Easy

Despite the short notice, they were able to schedule an appointment for cleaning the apartment I had just vacated on the day I needed. They were very prompt in returning my messages as we negotiated the booking.

I wasn't there during the cleaning, so I left the apartment accessible. When I arrived later in the evening, the carpets looked good (despite their age and degree of wear) and the kitchen and bathrooms were well cleaned. The bathtub was especially well done. Thanks for the great service!

This used to be the best cleaning service about a year ago when they had Kaylee. Today I am horribly upset. I had a cleaner who came to my home, immediately told me what she did not do, speak on the telephone the entire time, then leave without even doing basic cleaning. The situation left my high and dry with a dinner party happening in a few hours.

TJ is still very good, but I am so sad that the business seems to have changed. However, my suggestion is to only book during the week, I think the weekend cleaners may not be as optional as the m-f people.

For the cleaning that they did, I thought they were overpriced. The owner was really nice and called me back after I told him about the concerns I had over the cleaning. They did not wipe down the kitchen counters at all and the master bathroom shower stall floor was not cleaned. They did a really nice job with the kids bedrooms and the kids bathroom.
Overall though, I'm just tired of having to clean myself after I pay the cleaners close to $200 for a job.

They arrived on time and did not stop for anything. Worked really hard and were delightful people.

We scheduled our first service to which the company was responsive, they notified us who was going to be coming to work with us and Kayleigh was not only personable but professional and did an outstanding job and looking forward to booking with her Booking Maid Easy again.

Kim does an excellent job at our home. The bathroom and kitchen are the places that I want spotless, clean and sanitized. Things are moved to be cleaned under and not just around. Thank you!

We use this company anytime we need the house cleaned before having guests over and they never fail to do a great job. They're our go-to cleaners for sure.
