BoxDrop - Maple Grove

The manager Janet is incredibly rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I responded to an add for the store on FB marketplace and when I visited the store, it was closed I messaged her and she was very rude over a misunderstanding. They will not have my business at all.

First off, this place should have way more reviews and one, if not all should be 5 stars. This mom and pop place is focused on 1 thing, selling you a quality mattress at a reasonable price without pressure. Bob helped me and he is absolutely the person you want. Haven't had a chance to meet his wife but I'm sure she's just as awesome.

There's plenty of floor models to try. And if you're curious he was willing to show us what he had in back. Even moved the mattress from the back to a place we could lay on it to try. If you're not buying a mattress from here you're paying too much and missing out on a 0 pressure situation. Not only that but Bob was honestly someone I was happy to meet and glad that I had talked to.

Overall I left feeling like I had spent my money well, supported a local business, and met one the best business owners I ever had. FYI they are super supportive of vets. Very rarely have I entered a business, including a gas station, where I don't feel obligated to purchase something and I found that here. Couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience buying a new mattress here. Bob was so helpful, no pressure, just lots of good info and time to make our decision. A great deal on high end mattresses. Would definitely recommend.
