I needed a DOD Appraisal for a home in San Diego. I researched a number of appraisers and based on reviews and Brian's website, an appraisal was ordered. Brian did an excellent job appraising 2 large vacant parcels in Riverside County for me in December 2018. After he submitted the reports, I had several questions and requests for minor changes and he responded very quickly and thoroughly to every request and provided revised reports that met my needs.

I've had many appraisals for homes over the years as I have either refinanced them or purchased homes. Brian has by far created the best appraisal I have ever seen. Not only did he compare similar comps in the area, but he also selected the home most nearly compared to my home and created a detailed report with side by side photo comparisons. Brian listed upgrades to my home and justified how that impacted the final appraisal value. He was very professional and paid attention to detail. He confirmed our appointment the day before, listed the things he would need from me and arrived on time. His appraisal took about an hour because he was very thorough not just inside the house but outside as well.

I ended up getting an appraisal waiver from my lender but Brian answered all my questions promptly though yelp and I appreciate his help! Will reach out to him in the future for appraisal needs!

Sometimes you have to trust the reviews. I had no idea of who to turn to and what constitutes a good appraisal. Well Brian makes it easy. He returned my call within the hour. He explained what he did and gave me a competitive quote.
