I attended a presentation about legal aspects regarding aging and elder care. The presentation was concise, enlightening, and informational. We were treated to a box lunch. At the conclusion we were allowed to ask questions. So many programs like this drag on endlessly but this group had an excellent powerpoint show that addressed and explained numerous terms and procedures in less than 90 minutes. I left feeling empowered to make important decisions in selecting and choosing between wills and various trusts. The attorneys and the office staff were cordial and genuinely concerned.

I attended a well executed lunch and learn seminar addressing aging and asset protection. The staff and two attorneys who presented were friendly and knowledgable. The participants were treated to a Chic-fil-A lunch served at the conference table. Our questions were answered fully and competently. I truly appreciated their mission to help us understand the complexities of wills, trusts, probates and more. My mindset has changed and I will be seeking the help of an attorney to guide me through the intricacies of estate planning, despite a negative experience more than a decade ago with an elder care attorney in the upstate. My only hesitation is their "ballpark" estimate for preparing trust documents for us: it was EXPENSIVE!! Prohibitively expensive.
