If you want to have a pleasurable experience then have someone kick you in the scrotum, you'll enjoy it better than do business with this company. I have been using Bus Andrews for nearly 10 years but today is the day I fired them. I have put up with this abysmal company for so long only because they're the closest Knapheide dealer within 2.5 hrs of Springfield. Horrible customer service. Installations done wrong. Won't stand behind there product or service. I've never had such a horrible experience. Go to the Jefferson City location, it's worth the drive.
