Five Stars! Busy Bee Saved Christmas! The one call I'd never imagine to make, our septic tank was completely backed up and overflowing on Christmas Eve 23'. Family of 12 packed into the home and dirty water pouring out of the basement and garage door! It was quite the scene!
I called around to four different septic pumping services and, while I got the runaround, none of them were able to assist me for this particular situation on Christmas Eve. I kept searching and stumbled on Busy Bee and Joleen answered and handled my call immediately. Apparently, I wasn't the only emergency in the area and Busy
Bee was addressing other emergency calls before me. Joleen passed along my information and they got back to me within 10 minutes and told me they would come directly over with the pump truck and excavator and handle my situation immediately after their current call.
Sure enough, the truck arrived within an hour!!
Vinny jumped out of the truck with Nicholas and they handled the entire situation immediately. They pumped our septic, fixed the clog, and cleaned up and had the house back and running in no time! We seriously cannot thank this team enough! Extremely kind and knowledgable! I honestly couldn't have imagined a better service for this situation. They were exhausted from the long day of emergencies and still handled ours without any complaints or attitude! Thanks again! Thank you for saving Christmas!

Britney in the office is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the tech who came out and helped us (Mark), was very friendly. We had a septic/main line clog emergency, and they got someone out here the same day. They gave us a broad timeframe, and they also sent a text when they were on their way, which we appreciated.

Long story short, they get the job done, and we feel they charge a fair price. We'll be using them again!

After over 20+ years using the same septic company, we found ourselves in a real bind and needed immediate help. Busy Bee is incredible! Vinny is incredibly responsive and he sent out two super knowledgeable technicians (shout out to the absolute best, Big Jim and Dwayne (Black Magic!)) who answered my thousands of questions and helped me understand my shitty septic system. Looking forward to hiring them again, cannot recommend them enough!

When I called Busy Bee because my septic system was backing up they arrived in less than two hours. I didn't even know where my septic tank was located, but they were able to find it quickly. In addition to clearing the blockage, they recommended some upgrades to my system and explained multiple options to me. Their prices were very reasonable and they did a great job. Thank you!

We had an emergency this evening our septic needed attention - when toilet flushed it was going into our basement. Vinny from Busy Bee came over and immediately addressed our septic issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and after pump out he went through system to be sure everything was running properly and even offered advice. Highly recommend Busy Bee!
