I absolutely love this salon. I've been coming here since 2020 and have never been disappointed. The new management has really stepped up and created a wonderful and elevated experience without jacking up prices. The techs are amazing and I've never left with nails I didn't like. All the techs are so kind and skilled. I love coming here and feeling so welcome everytime I walk through the door! Definitely check them out if you're looking for great staff and a great experience.

I didn't have time to drive to my normal nail lady before my trip, so I popped here and they were able to get me in immediately.
Leyna (I think that was her name) was awesome! She did a great job at my dip and the shape and length. She consistently checked to make sure it was looking the way I wanted. I like a very natural round nail, and it's been difficult to find someone that doesn't go too almond or too square. She cleaned up my cuticles really well and the overall product was exactly what I wanted before my trip.

I also appreciated she only worked on one hand at a time, so I could browse my phone and work on my homework.

Nancy did my pedicure and did great. I just got the basic pedicure, so I can't attest to what the more luxury ones are. The last several pedicures I've gotten have been uncomfortable, but she was able to take care of my feet without me having any pain (I struggle with ingrown nails). She was gentle enough but not too gentle that I was suffering from being tickled the whole time.

Lee is amazing!!! Use her every time I go. Nice clean place to visit and very friendly staff.

Came here to get nails done for my sisters wedding and they gave us gifts and wine for our whole wedding party!!!Everyone was so nice and it literally took 30 minutes for them to do a full set on my hands and feet DEFINITELY will be going back!!

Prices are average. Various pedicure choices. Make an appointment, walk-ins can take awhile. Nail tech Lee is amazing, beware everyone is good.

The owner body shamed my friend and was talking poorly about her when she wanted her nails redone because she didn't get what she asked for ..... DON'T GO.

I just want to start off by saying that my last three visits to this establishment we're nothing short of phenomenal.
However last Sunday, my fiancé and I went in to get a manicure for him and a full set with gel polish for myself. The nail tech that did my nails was very kind.
I typically only do dip, however I noticed my nails were starting to get weakened so I decided to switch it up and get a full set this time around. I had inquired to the nail tech if my nails would sustain if I got them longer than my actual nail length. She insured me that they would be fine.
Once the acrylic nails were applied, filed, buffed and shaped it was in time to apply the gel color. The color I had chosen was a shimmery awesome goldish color with brown hughes. When picking this color on their color sample ring it looked flawless. However, once the job was done I realized the color was very streaky. I had mentioned to the nail tech about my concerns and she informed me that it was normal. Me being that I'm a non-confrontational woman that I am, and knowing I will be back in two weeks to get a fill and change the color I let it rest & went on my way.
That following Wednesday I had two nails break completely off which obviously caused my real nails underneath to break off as well. Then today being Thursday the 17th of June I had a third break off (mind you- I work on a computer all day). I originally paid close to $100 when I had originally gotten my nails done. Getting my nails done is a luxury for me as I work 60 hours a week and literally have to squeeze in time to get them done when able. Sense three nails had broken off after being insured by my original nail tech that the length would Sustain and be fine and it clearly not being fine I decided to call the salon today and kindly express my concern and if they would take care of me by fixing my nails and changing to a different color.
To my point of a 1 star review- I was beside myself when, the "Head Maiden (manager who goes by Tina) would not only let me finish explaining to her what had happened but continuously cutting me off and was incredibly short with me. Basically what I'm saying, is that she was unkind, showed zero professionalism and zero customer service to a client, being myself that left my nail salon of 4 years to be a client at her salon. She abruptly told me to just come in and she will get it fixed and then hung up on me.
Once I arrived to the nail salon today, I greeted her with a hello and complemented her on her cute green jumper she was wearing. I usually complement her when I come in as she is always dressed very nice. She said thank you in a very irritated manner and then said in an ugly way let me see your nails.
She then sat me down in a chair and was aggressively placing three new tips on the fingers that had broken off and filing them in a rage. I did not say anything to her as I try to have grace for people- (maybe she was having an off day) regardless, I certainly did not deserve her unkindness or her rude demeanor. After placing the three tips on- another nail tech came to finish taking care of me by the name of Ruby who was absolutely pleasant and very kind.
Someone such as myself who is an owner of a very well establishment and has been in management for over 15 years- I stand appalled and shocked with her behavior as a manager of an establishment that I was looking forward to being a long-term client at.
For me, customer service is everything. I don't care how clean, nice, even if other fellow associates in the establishment are wonderful- it only takes (1) to loose a client. Tina the manager did that to me today.
The establishment that I am reviewing right now may read this and just pass it off as a bitter customer. However, I would like to express that I am not bitter but solely disappointed in being treated the way I was when I am nothing but pleasant and kind to the manager Tina and staff always. I firmly believe in treating people the way you want to be treated. I watched the manager Tina after leaving me today with another tech (Ruby- who is wonderful) smile and be kind to everyone else that walked in and out of that establishment. It was just sad and confusing to see her be so kind to everyone else and incredibly ugly to me.
I have over 300 associates and "was" referring them to your 2 salons in your area. I will no longer be referring anyone here.
Do not make your clients feel bad for asking you to rectify a service that was not done properly the first time let alone treat them poorly. You have lost my business and I'm sure current clients that I have referred to you.
I hope your day, week, month and year get better for you Manager Tina. You have poor customer service.
