Steve, the owner, was very helpful and had patience with my being disabled. His rates are reasonable and just a wonderful guy and great driver. Got me there and home both ways in a timely manner.

This company is horrible!!!! I tried to cancel. After several days I have not received a return call. I live about 50-mile from the airport and could miss my flight. Steve the owner does not care. I paid in advance for a round trip which I should not have done. I will have to take legal means to get refund. I hope I don't miss my flight. Some people are so cruel and uncaring. We are disabled. He should be also reported for elder abuse.

Steve the owner picked me up on time at 4:30 am. Car could of been a bit neater but after spending a delightful hour this turned out to be an amazing experience. He does so much to help the local community I felt awesome arriving on time and helping a local business.

Don't Hire Them! I am an executive and travel multiple times a month. I hired CaliCab to see if they'd be a good company to use for all future trips.
I prepaid with the Calicab team. For the price I was expecting a super clean car, and a professional and solo ride to the airport.
The driver was late and blamed Starbucks. The car smelled horrendously of smoke and SURPRISE there were other people in the car when I went to sit in the back seat. I had no idea I would be ride sharing, the person that took my reservation did not share that only $20 more could have confirmed a solo ride and they did not disclose there would be other people. This treatment is unprofessional on multiple levels.
The car was in poor condition and the driver told me we could not use the AC going up the grade so it was uncomfortably hot and an engine alarm (?) was going off during that time.
The driver proceeded to eat sunflower seeds and throw the seeds out the window. I was afraid they'd smatter the guy in back and hit his face. In these times it doesn't seem safe to be spreading spit around with people a foot away.
I appreciate the driver helping me with my luggage.
Overall it's a no. They lost all my future business. I did express my concern to the driver he was late, and I did share that no one disclosed that there would be other riders or offer me the choice to pay $20 for a solo ride. I would definitely not recommend this business. I made a reservation for airport transportation and paid the cost in full using my credit card when I made the reservation. Due to health issues, Ihad to cancel the reservation in early May. I requested a refund and was assured by Steve that I would receive it soon through a credit on my card. I am still waiting and Steve has not responded to my last two e mails. He uses a service/company called Square for credit cards and I have not been able to find direct contact information for that company to pursue the refund through them.

Steve was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and a good driver. I will definitely use Cali Cab in the future.

Labor Day weekend on a Friday during rush hour--that is when my flight came in. It was my first time using Calicab as an airport shuttle. Calicab was efficient, friendly--safe and prompt! I have tried other shuttle services, and Calicab has won my vote of confidence. Thank you so much for the safe and prompt--not to mention patient--ride! I will be back...

Steve, owner of Calicab is amazing. He will make stops for you along the way if needed. He is very personable, polite and respectful. He is very professional and timely. I highly recommend his business and it's private and door to door! Thank you Steve

Last night from downtown Ventura,the driver Steve took very good care of me as I had pretty much to drink & gave me 10% off the meter & even helped me to my front door.I couldn't believe after Steve left I forgot my wallet in the back seat,as I was going to pick up my phone & he was already at my door giving me my wallet.i will always use you guys thank you for your service Calicab"

Don't ever use Cali Cab in Ventura! Completely unacceptable service! My car is in the shop and theyoutsourced Cali cab to take me to get a rental car.
Desmond was the driver. I got into the front seat and the driver started to take off before I could close the door. I asked him to please wait until I closed the door. He says 'I thought you were in a hurry'. He reiterated the same excuse later in the conversation.
He then proceeds to texting and dinking around on his phone while he's driving. I asked him to please not text while I'm in the car. He tells me he's not texting and he can let me out if I'm unhappy with the service. He continued to text and swerve throughout the ride.
I was on the phone with a friend during this whole time, who heard these conversations. I was trying to stay calm.
The worst part is, when I arrived at my destination, I called the manager Steve. I explained to him the situation and he says 'ok'.
I said 'Ok??? Is that all you're going to say? ??' He tells me he'll look into it and ask the driver. I was appaled. No apology, no remorse or sympathy.
