Canadian Pizza Unlimited

After making it past the large group of intoxicated homeless people to even make it inside, my friends and I are then harassed to order right away, despite it being 1:00, and the only other customers intoxicated on god knows what.

Anyways, that's not even the best part 4/4 of us got food poisoning! My friend went to the hospital after 12 hr's of vomiting, truly a wonderful experience.

Horrible customer service , terrible atmosphere , sketchy clientele and even sketchier quality of food.

Will not be coming back, CPU has always been a great spot in my opinion, just not this one, take your money elsewhere.

The first time the pizza was great. The second time I ordered the food was terrible. The Caesar salad had a way too much dressing, everything was soggy. The pizza crust was burnt. The first time I picked up the order. The second ordered was delivered by Uber Eats and was on time. I ordered from the Legacy Calgary location both times.

very bad hospitality... I called up and some one picked up the call, not helpful at all......

Never ordering from the Sundance Calgary location again. We waited an hour and a half for one pizza. We called the store to ask where our food was and the man who answered the phone talked over us, arguing the whole time about how they had to call in a driver (not our problem) and then he hung up on my husband. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold. Never again from this store. I'd rather get a slice from the sev.

Went in drunk, had $3.50 slice of pizza and it was pretty damn tasty. Definitely would go again, in fact we had it both nights.

I really like the pizza from CPU, but I have had a lot of issues when ordering through DoorDash/Skip The Dishes. Many times I have ordered food and there was items missing from the order. This has happened many times and it's frustrating because I really like their food. They likely are really busy, but they should take the time to make sure orders are correct.

The pizza is surprisingly tasty. That is the only reason to go. The place gets sketchier by the day, especially after city council allowed the safe consumption site to go into a nicely gentrifying area. But if you don't mind fighting your way through the seedy elements of society, the pizza is worth the trip.

The nicest people work here and they habe incredible pizza. I always order with extra sauce !! So delicious.

Well, it's fast, it's cheap, and it's bigish. In all honesty, when you just want a big slab of cheese and sauce topped with plain-Jane pepperoni, (plus a pop) this will fill the bill in fine fashion. BUT, sometimes it's the small things that undermine it: like the cheese doesn't go all the way out to the crust; sometimes it's oldish or not warmish; sometimes the crust is too thick etc. Consistency counts for a lot in my books; it demonstrates pride and caring. Plus the ingredients aren't bad, but they're also nothing special. But by all means hit up CPU when you're close by and need a quick fix for lunch!!

I ordered two pizzas from here today for delivery. I was told 30-40 min as is standard.
After 50min I called back and asked where my delivery was, and I was told the driver left 25min ago. I live about 0.5km away according to google. The person on the phone told be to wait 5-10min more. After 1hr and 40 min total the delivery driver showed up, and I refused to pay, so he left. Can't comment on the food quality but the service sucks.
