Carey's Custom Cabinets

Terrible customer service, almost non-existent. Poor level of communication. Poor workmanship, it looks like they used the oscillating saw for everything that is hidden behind the face of the cabinets. Look at the attached pictures of the cabinets being delivered.

Horrible customer service. Came out to measure and take a bid and then never responded. Failed to respond to multiple texts and emails. If you are not interested in a job, at least have the courtesy to respond to say that you are not interested.

We take great pride and pleasure in providing this recommendation for Carey's Custom Cabinetry. In updating our kitchen, he built new cabinets to match our current ones (storage space was doubled). He updated the finish on the old cabinets to match the new ones. He and his crew were both knowledgeable and efficient. The entire project took less than one week: installation of new cabinets, removal of old appliances, demolition of outdated countertops, and installation of granite countertops and new appliances. Also, when the workers left each day, the kitchen and floors were spotless! He had the absolute best team working on our kitchen each day! His work is outstanding and very affordable. Carey was on top of every detail, double-checking to make sure everything was top notch! We recommend him without reservation or hesitation.

Carey was very attentive to emails and text messages to come and give a bid. Even came out to bid on the weekend. The problem came when I never heard back from him. I emailed him and said I understand if he simply could not fit the job in his schedule. No response at all. I wanted a quote for cabinets to be stripped and painted in addition to possible replacement, and a new countertop. Smaller kitchen, so I'm guessing that if you don't have a big job he is not interested.
