I love this medical office. Dr. Alexander is so knowledgeable and always concerned for your wellbeing. In addition to her OB/GYN and family practices, the aesthetic options are phenomenal. My hair is growing back and I've lost ~10% of my body weight in just a few months.

Tonight I had such a wonderful facial with Janelle. My face is so soft, even my "tech neck" wrinkles look shallower. When I got home it was the first time in weeks my husband didn't say "you look so tired." The bed was so comfy I do think I took a nap, and those sheets, they were so silky.

Dr. Alexander is the best doctor I have ever been to. We have been seeing her for nearly two years now since moving to Cedarburg and the level of expertise and compassion she shows is more than I could ever ask for. My son has been sick multiple times over this last year, and she is able to fit him into her schedule when I call and shows nothing but kindness when we are in for our checkup. She even walks me out to my car (what other doctor does that!!) after our appointment. I cannot recommend her enough, we will never find another doctor like her. In addition, Janelle who also works there is incredible and really takes time to get to know you. I look forward to going there because I am always met with such friendly faces. I have been a patient of Dr. Alexander for about 15 years and she is simply the best! Dr. Jan is a wonderful, extremely caring physician, she goes the extra mile and is always ready to provide care and offer solutions when I've needed them. For that I am so, so grateful. If ever you're having any medical issues, she will take care of them right on the spot if she can. I have also worked with Janelle for some various ongoing skin issues I've been dealing with and she is so knowledgeable and understanding about the products she uses and the approach she takes with her aesthetic practice. I would highly recommend checking out Cedarburg Family Wellness and Aesthetics Center if you're looking for a doctor who will make you feel like you matter, and will take the time to address your concerns, or if you're looking to for a wide variety of facial and rejuvenation treatments and to make you feel refreshed and beautiful!

I have been going to Dr. Alexander for years and I have yet to be disappointed! She is extremely knowledgeable in every area and willing to go the extra mile. There's not anyone else I trust for gyno care.

Not to mention, the medical-grade facial by Janelle was refreshing! There is already a noticeable difference in my skin's appearance and I plan to return for this service. She is so sweet and friendly that it helps with the relaxation... I can't wait to try the laser treatment next.

I'm 4 laser treatments in for my full body laser! The progress is so good! some parts of my body are barely growing hair! I have my next session in 2 weeks! . got a mother friend to get laser done because Dr Janice and Janelle are jsut that great! I know I can always trust them to make me feel comfortable and make my experience pleasant!

Came here for laser hair removal, as I did some research and saw that the Soprano Ice machine used here was the best for my skin tone and hair type. Dr Alexander and Janelle were an amazing team. They explained everything to me thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable, and worked with me to make sure I got the best treatment and settings for my skin. Would definitely recommend if you prefer a more personalized laser experience!

I called to make an appointment for laser hair removal. My second treatment with Dr. Alexander. The first treatment I was charged $100. I, personally, thought this was a little overpriced considering the last time I had laser hair removal I paid approximately $300 for 6 sessions. So...if I went to Dr. Alexander 6 times I would be paying double than what I paid before. I spoke with Dr. Alexander's assistant when I made my appointment...and I referenced I paid $100 the last time I was there...and that I don't mind paying the $100 if the treatment works. So...finally...after 30 minutes...I was able to schedule my appointment for the following week. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and no one was in the front office. I waited until 1:10pm (my appt. was at 1pm) and Dr. Alexander finally came out from the back and brought me to the back room. She told me she was just finishing up...and would be with me in a few minutes. I sat in the back room waiting for her to come back for another 5 minutes. Then...she came in the room alone...(I was told the assistant would be there to help) and she was not wearing a mask. I am recovering from COVID-19...pneumonia...and other COVID-19 related problems...and I felt the fact she wasn't wearing a mask to protect her patients was irresponsible. Especially since she was going to be in very close contact with my face. I don't know how a doctor at a 'wellness center' can be so irresponsible. So then she asked me what I wanted treated. When I made the appointment the assistant kept me on the phone for literally 30 minutes at which time I thoroughly explained what I wanted done...so why Dr. Alexander was confused by what I wanted done I don't know. She asked if I wanted to add to my treatment...which I did not. Then...she asked...in a very odd way...'so...what are you prepared to pay for your treatment today.' I was really taken aback by this question...because we discussed the price when I made the appointment...and the last time I had it done Dr. Alexander herself told me it would cost $100. So...I kind of laughed...in a nervous way...because she made me feel so uncomfortable...and I said...I guess I'll pay what you charge me. To which she said this treatment is normally $150 or more. To which I said...how can that be when she charged me $100 the last time...and the assistant said it would be $100 when I made the appointment. She then said if I was told it would be $100 then that is what she would charge me...but it usually costs more. I told her I was starting to feel uncomfortable with her comments...because it was already discussed and agreed upon prior to the appointment. I told her that her comments felt shady to me. She then told me it wasn't shady...that she asked me because they quote different prices to patients. The whole conversation felt like a shake down. Like a bait and switch. I again expressed to her how uncomfortable the whole conversation was making me...and I no longer trusted her to do the treatment...and that I was going to leave. She didn't even seem like a doctor to me. She seemed more like a high pressure salesperson trying to get the most money out of me as possible. She also said something about how she can charge higher prices in this *area* and with the machine she has...because I guess not a lot of laser hair removal places has the kind of laser she has...as if that makes it right. She shouldn't quote different prices to her patients. She should have set prices for her services. From the way she made it sound...she raises the price on services for patients she feels are more wealthy...which...to me...is shady...and doesn't sound ethical to me. Everyone I have told about my experience with Dr. Alexander had the same reaction I had. In fact...the 'shake down' description came from a person I told...and thought that fit perfectly...because that is how I felt...and I'm still quite shaken up over it. Also...Dr. Alexander is deleting her patients' negative reviews off of the google reviews.
