      After so many attemps visiting this place finally we made it,sad that two friends I brought with me both dont eat halal meat.

      First 2 or 3 stall free parking by the rear otherwise street parking around the area.
      Clients can enter along Victoria drive entrance or at the back,Patio sitting available.

      Since my company dont eat halal meat so they settled with veggies options,we ordered fish but that day its not available.

      Foods;

      Barley soup with chicken broth,carrot,mushroom,green onions,parsley,tomato paste a bit sour but very good as a starter,smells awesome as well.

      Persian tradional appez:
      Kashk-e-Badenjar fine roasted eggplant,saffron,kashk,rosted dried mint,wallnut,veg oil and bread... this is so wow!! Tasted really delish,when i visited back for sure I will order this one again.

      Main entree;
      I got bone in chicken kebab platter with saffron rice for my self,with all honesty. Nothing is so special with this dish..kinda average to my tastebuds.
      But definitely not bad.

      Dessert:
      Almond Rose water
      Its authentic Iranian dessert not bad though.My very first try..cold,sweet and flowery.

      Very neat restaurant the main door is big wooden door like in medieval era castle,,nothing fancy inside but they have a patio that added a lot of points for a review.
      I also noted they are selling some sweets and jams I cant review them coz I didnt buy any.
      Service is okay despite obviously English is not their first language.
      Good for group and lovers,family and kids.Noise level is average.
      Accept cash,credit and debit.
      Ambiance; casual to hippie

      In total we had very pleasant experience, we'r just hoping next time the fish dish is available.
      Hope you guys will visit this place so you can try on Persian cuisines.
      I heard it can be busy during supper and weekends.

      Celeshment Restaurant's menu speak the language of foodie love - fried onions, fried garlic, fire- roasted, grilled and saffron. Just looking at these words made my mouth water and eating it was heavenly.

      We started with Kashk-e-Badenjan Plate with bread: fire-roasted eggplant with walnuts, onions, garlic and mint. Could taste the quality of each food that blended nicely together.

      We were also given a very small bowl of barley soup to start or warm up. The soup was very good and could consider ordering it as a meal next time.

      The menu had a good assortment but my two other friends and I couldn't decide so we ordered the Mixed Kebabs Patter for 4-5 people (yes, we had enough each for lunch the next day). The platter included Koobideh Kebabs (ground beef and lamb), 3 types of chicken, salad, pickled red cabbage (so delicious), 2 yogurt dips and 4 saffron rice dishes. Everything was delicious and the meats were moist and tender.

      We were absolutely full but took out the 2 desserts to eat later. The rice pudding was ok as I think the rosewater was a bit overwhelming. However, the Persian Baklava was my favourite and must be savoured slowly with a cup of tea.

      A Persian restaurant in South Vancouver is an anomaly but don't pass go. Make it a stop and be rewarded with friendly service and home-made and healthy Persian food. I certainly will be back.

      Cute little casual eatery with excellent food. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and delicious. They have an impressive set of vegetarian options too. I had the kashk-bedemjan, it was soooo good. Very well seasoned and full of flavor. They also gave us some crispy rice to try out, it was great. They give a complimentary serving of chicken soup in the beginning. Being a vegetarian I did not try that, but my friend thoroughly enjoyed it, it was very tasty. The tea was excellent. The star of the show was the saffron ice cream. Just so good. Perfect amount of sweetness, topped with nuts and bursting with saffron flavor. We devoured it instantly. Highly recommended.

      Their food is above average. I love the Baghali polo with Lamb Shank, and their Ash reshteh and soup are very delicious. The staff is nice and friendly, and they have a lovely space.

      I live in Los Angeles so I couldn't wait to come back here and try their full menu since the last time I was here it was their opening ! Honestly this place is the most similar to going to a Persian home and eating homemade food ! Everything including the staff give you the warm and fuzzy feeling ! Kebabs are absolutely delicious it literally melts in your mouth ! The bone in chicken kabob is magic ! The eggplant dish kashke bademjoon is unforgettable! All in all the best experience this place is a hidden gem and it's a must at try !

      My wife and I had been wanting to try this place for some time. It is a bit unusual to find a Persian restaurant in Vancouver proper, usually we have to go to North Van. This is a small place and a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip. Reservations are strongly recommended, it is smaller and it fills up.

      We had the appetizer sampler, The portions are tiny, but so is the price. It is really meant for one person. It came with broken tortilla chips which was a bit odd. It would have been better with some sort of bread. We also tried the mixed vegetable and the fruit pickles. Get the pickles. No, seriously. The fruit pickles were outstanding! They also went very well with the lamb kebabs.

      The main menu is the big classics of Persian cuisine. My wife had the Koobideh Kebab, as she almost always does. I like the stews but decided on a lamb filet kebab this time. Both were very good. We cleaned our plates, which is unusual for us. We look forward to returning to eat our way through more of the menus.

      They also have a small outdoor patio, weather permitting.

      WOW! I am so impressed with the dinner we had here-- my mouth is salivating just writing this review! We ordered the lamb shank and the ghormeh sabzi and both were phenomenal. The lamb shank sauce was our favorite!!! We also ordered the barley and ash reshteh soups and both were delicious but the barley soup was the better soup if I had to pick one.

      If you're looking for authentic Iranian/Persian food, this is the place. You can tell they put a lot of pride in their meals because they serve fresh and good quality food. Cooked with love, I'm sure!

      Thanks for an amazing dinner; I will absolutely come back! Also, great art work on the walls.
